A special mention goes to F&B Manager Sidvan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had delicious vegetarian options throughout my stay. His kindness and attention made dining such a pleasant experience. At the front desk, Mr. Tharlison deserves our deepest gratitude. We were struggling to purchase luggage for our airline booking due to the Portuguese-only system, and he spent hours patiently assisting us until everything was sorted. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed us. We also greatly appreciated Mr. Daniel, who was consistently kind and hospitable, as well as the entire front desk team, who were always cheerful, welcoming, and ready to assist. All these thoughtful gestures and genuine care made our holiday in Manaus extra special. "The accommodation in Manaus is OK. There were a few problems with the room card. It seemed that the magnetism was not enough and the door could not be opened. Later, we replaced it with a new one and it did not have any problems anymore. As for breakfast, it was OK. There were no vegetables for us, and there were none in Sao Paulo. There were fruits, and the waiter made fried eggs and so on. Now when I'm on a business trip, they don't ask them to clean the room, so I have no experience of room service. I also went to the rooftop swimming pool, it’s small but okay."
