"This hotel is ideally situated the reception staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms are quite a good size but omg the cobwebs were horrendous and we had a problem with the ventilation unit we never slept the first night but reception sorted it out after that . You have to request to have your room cleaned . We were there six nights and asked after three days but didn’t get done till the touring day . There is no aircon but every room has a good fan in but we had to clean it it was very dirty think place needs a good clean but having said that we would stay again but take a feather duster . The restaurant next door is part of the premier inn we tried to eat a couple of nights but were told no food it was only 6-45 and the managers attitude wasn’t good for a manager she said they were too busy . There was a lovely young girl called ruby worked there if only the other staff were that nice ."

"Went with family for a main and a dessert. The main was nice enough for the price but the dessert was woefully disappointing. However, the most disappointing aspect of the meal was the staff. Seasonal staff I didn’t have a problem with as they aren’t expected to know the menu etc, the old blond lady however was disgustingly rude. She was obviously the manager or at least the person in charge of service but she had a stick up her a** , huffed constantly for no reason as if doing her job was such an inconvenience and chore. Really really shameful, it set the tone for the meal, such a shame as we enjoyed ourselves just this lady completely ruined our experience."

"What a great Premier Inn, you always know what you expect and this one was no exception. The room was lovely and clean and spacious, the same old 1 Hand towel though come on Premier Inn its about time you gave more towels. Thank you to the receptionist who managed to stock us up and even gave us an extra heater. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stopped for breakfast and nothing was to much trouble, the scrambled eggs was amazing. You need to get some new toasters if i was in a hurry i would have gave up waiting for the toast..."
