"I've often stayed at this hotel, and my family and I like it. However, this time, when I entered room 206, there was a terrible mold stink. So, I requested to change rooms, and they did that. Room 414 was much better, with no bad smell, and it was very clean, but instead of a queen bed, as booked, there were twin beds put together as a couple bed. We decided not to complain anymore because the bed was comfortable, though. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff is nice. This time, we went to the gym and found a cozy rooftop view of the sky at night."

"The hotel offers a wonderful experience, with a relaxing environment, a great contact with nature and an ideal atmosphere to rest and recharge the energy. We were very welcome by the team, who has always been requested, careful and willing to meet our requests. We feel very willing and comfortable throughout the stay. The hotel is very well-designed, the environment is clean and well-cared, and breakfast is amazing. As suggested, the inclusion of a head support or coat would make the bath even more comfortable. As improvement points, we observe the presence of mopho in some of the room walls, which deserves attention. In addition, the restaurant is quite full at weekends, with both guests and external customers. We understand the high demand in these days, but we believe that strengthening the team in these periods could improve the care and make the experience more pleasant. We have a great experience, we feel welcome and enjoy the hotel. These are only a few details that, if adjusted, could make a stay that has already been wonderful even better. We thank the entire team for the hospitality and caring during our visit! We will come back more times!"

"The environment, service and food are great. The experience is amazing for little kids, especially in the Swiss Farm, where they can interact with the animals. The minors are the Slow WiFi , kind of bad AC, the pool could be cleaner and it needs some refurbishing since some tiles are broken and this can hurt someone. The level of comfort in the room is more for a good 3 stars hotel . All in all, I would return and recommend it."
