The location of the hotel is good, it's near the metro and JR, the Ameyoko market is also nearby so it's very convenient.
The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious, however, if you intent to stay for many days the main course may get a little boring since the options are the same each day.
One of the downsides of the hotel is that there are not a lot of light bulbs in the room, making the room dim.

The uniqueness of this five-star hotel is that it offers unparalleled comfort and first-class service. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, we can meet your needs here. An exclusive sanctuary high above Japans cosmopolitan capital Aman Tokyo is Amans first urban concept hotel situated adjacent to the Otemachi Forest. Offering birds eye views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks the hotel features a serene Aman Spa and a peaceful inner garden. Surrounded by engawa a wooden feature dividing the inside and out the soaring lobby rises nearly 30 metres.
Aman Tokyo is a monument to the modern-day Japanese capital - a place where urban dynamism is tempered with serenity.
Perched above the Tokyo skyline the private dining room and boardroom are perfect for both on- and off-duty occasions.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Very comfortable stay. Love the location - near a train station and walkable to Ginza area and Tokyo train station. Quiet, not so bustling like shibuya or Shinjuku which we enjoyed!
Room was clean and comfortable. Even had washer & dryer where soap is auto dispensed!
Service was great, they helped us with storing our luggage as we were returning to the hotel later part of our trip, provided extra pillows upon request etc etc, just a really friendly and helpful bunch!
When we returned for our second half of our trip, they gave us a bigger and nice corner room!

New, modern, eco friendly hotel with great amenities: fitness center and public bath nearly empty whenever I used it. The comfortable, 24 hr lounge room with Nespresso machine, water, and ice- good place for lounging. Always welcoming 24/7 staff who can speak English. Walking distance to Tsukiji market and the train stations. Our hotel room was efficiently designed- the pocket door separates the bedroom from the front door and โopen bathroomโ space. The shower felt spacious and luxurious. We did use the dryer- what a bonus to have in the room! We chose the hotel for the location and price- and weโre really glad we stayed there for our entire Tokyo trip!

Weโre a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Fitness Centre is open 24hours and unwind at the 3rd floor Cafe with your morning coffee. The 11th floor restaurant with all-day dining, terrace seating and bar lounge is the perfect place to unwind and take in an overlooking view of Shibuya.

Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. Itโs about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

GGuest UserThis is our new go-to hotel for Tokyoโ-it meets all the 4 Cโs: Cleanliness, Convenience, Comfort and Class! Such a great location canโt be beatโ-the Airport Limo bus stops right at the entrance, and it opens directly into Southern Terrace with easy access to Takashimaya, Shinjuku station and all the lovely shops and restaurants in between. The rooms were modern, with awesome views of the city. The bathroom could use some updating, but the shower water pressure and temperature were perfect. Definitely worth returning to!
GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as itโs close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 thereโs a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 thereโs a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and thereโs a full restaurant at the entrance.
CCheeying3rd time staying at Keio due to the spacious room size, 1st time staying at the newer rooms in South Tower. Cleaning standard of the rooms were not as good as the main towerโs rooms. Greeted by a strong urine stench when the toilet door was opened, Iโm a female w long hair. No idea why there was a short hair in the fridge since we checked in, it wasnโt removed till we checked out. Thick layer of dust was accumulated at the side of the fridge, visible amount of dust were also found around the room. From the lamp tops to the side of the walls. Housekeeping team in this tower is rly lacking as this dust remained till the end of our stay.
Apart from cleanliness, location of the hotel; amenities are great as usual. Another perk wld be the airport limousine bus to Narita/ Haneda(:
MMaY ChpThe hotel is clean, looks new and nice design too. Rooftop is the bonus as can see Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji Temple clearly. Nice view. However, the location bit far from Asasuka station by walking. But if you walk through Nakamise street, you will find it interesting as lots things to shop and eat๐
A helpful staff during our check in as she went extra miles to assist us to call the parking lot management and enquired their charge rate. Sorry Iโve forgotten to ask her name.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel and special mention to Justyna
Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous โ special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!
Ppraty-pp๐ good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. ๐ the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. Thereโs UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. Itโs difficult to open two luggage at the same time. ๐ข
The room was clean, bathroom good as well. Bathtub ๐ is good ๐.
AAnonymous Userstayed at the hotel for just 2 nights. it is okay for little days. location is walkable distance from train station and alot of things nearby. room is smaller than it looks but still managable for a family of 3. would come back here if it is a short stay.
service staff was amazing and had alot of free amenities for guests.
bathroom cleanliness was okay but on the last day noticed that there was seaweed floating in the bathtub and next day appeared at sink. didnt tell receiptionist as i figured we were leaving already and they will do a cleanup.
GGuest UserRooms are tiny but that is typical of hotels in Tokyo. Great amenities though including bathhouse/onsen facilities, pillow selection, and happy hour. I would definitely stay again
GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
