There is a bus stop right across from the hotel, which makes it very convenient to take the bus in this small town. The roads in the old town are all cobblestone streets, and many are uphill, so they are not easy to walk on. Therefore, having a bus stop across the street is very convenient for travelers without cars. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel's facilities and buffet are not up to 4-star standards. The breakfast buffet was repetitive and poorly suited for celiac sufferers, with only three pastries placed next to cereals and cookies containing gluten, which people mistakenly take because they weren't properly labeled and separated. The buffet staff were quite rude when we asked about gluten-free options. They told us they had no record of our request, even though we had left a written comment, notified them by phone, and the receptionist had confirmed it upon our arrival."

"The hotel is in a great location, but it's not in the old town. It's on the hill opposite the old town, so you can overlook the old town, the church and the castle. The sunset is very beautiful. You must stay at this hotel when you go to Toledo. Check in at 15:00. If you arrive early, you can only send your luggage and go to the old town. There are shuttle buses to the old town, or you can walk. It will take about an hour to walk."

It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well located. actually if you’re coming from the train station it’s very near the escalators that take you up about eight stories, saving you the stairs. that alone makes it perfect for me. It looks like it was just renovated, and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!"

"I booked through the Trip.com app and paid in advance with my credit card, but at check-in I was told the payment hadn't been processed. However, the hotel staff consulted with their supervisor and contacted Trip.com, who also responded quickly. Although it took some time, the problem was resolved very smoothly and pleasantly. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The common areas are also very clean and well-maintained. There's just one thing to keep in mind: you need to bring your own towels. I realized this while I was in the shower and frantically dried myself with my hands 🤣. As long as you're careful about that, there's nothing to complain about!"

From the moment Andrea greeted us, helped carry our luggage, guided us to park the car, we knew this place was special. This is Paco de Lucia’s former house and has a captivating Moroccan riad feel. The roof top patio is essential for that late night last glass. It even has the smallest restaurant we have ever seen - 6 guests! So book very early. It is amazing. Don’t think about staying anywhere else. Stay at Paco’s place!!"

Very clean, comfortable bed, pull-out sofa bed, beautiful unrestricted views of the city, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom. It’s an ideal place to stay in Toledo. Try and avoid bringing heavy suitcases because it is a steep walk from the car park, which is unavoidable as this is the authenticity of the city, but prepare for it by bringing less rather than more. The owners/agents were very responsive before and during our stay. Finally, a really amazing rooftop terrace which is shared by all building occupants."

"The hotel is located on a hill outside the ancient city of Toledo. There is a No. 71 bus into the city at the hotel entrance, which runs every hour and is very convenient. The room and bathroom are large and convenient to use. The front desk was warm and attentive, and dinner was provided at 8pm. It is 1.5 kilometers west of the hotel to reach the St. Martin Bridge, and about 1 kilometer east is a great viewing platform, don't miss it. The night view of the ancient city opposite from the balcony is nice at night."

"Terrible experience. The hotel is in a great location but don't rely on the staff for anything. There was confusion with my reservation and at ine point they told me a did not have a room. That should have been a clue that I should not rely on the staff. When I was leaving I had an early morning flight from Madrid. The staff supposedly booked me a car. There were three people at the front counter when this happened. The man at the front desk told me “no worries, I will be on duty then” Cones 6:15 on departure day: No staff No car No night phone number (I got voice mail on every number I called)"
