I chose the hotel precisely to provide a pleasant time with my 11-year-old son, considering the cold weather at the time and the entertainment options advertised on the website, especially the heated pool and sauna. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the sauna was under maintenance and the pool was lukewarm/cold due to a problem with a part that was not keeping the water hot, which greatly frustrated the expectations created by the advertising presented. In addition, we had some problems related to the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Two of the towels we used had hair from other people on them, and the bottom sheets of the bed had dark stains, an extremely uncomfortable situation for any guest. Another point that caused me discomfort was the additional charge for pets. The website states that pets are welcome, but there is no clarity about the existence of an extra fee for accommodation. So, I was surprised at the counter with a charge of R$ 60.00. Similarly, there was a charge of R$ 30.00 for parking, even though the vehicle remained parked on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. During my stay, I spoke with other guests who also expressed dissatisfaction with the experience delivered compared to what is advertised. I even heard comments that the hotel had been sold and that it will be demolished in the future to build a resort. However, regardless of this information, my dissatisfaction is directly related to the difference between what is offered on the website and the actual experience delivered to guests. Honestly, if I had known that the experience would be like this, I would have chosen another place, with a more attractive cost-benefit ratio and expectations aligned with what would actually be offered.
