Toyooka Green Hotel Morris
"I'm definitely coming back. It's the best. The surrounding commercial area has declined a bit, but it's close to the station, very quiet, and only locals are there. The Japanese people are super friendly. The cleaning is perfect, and the breakfast is delicious. My friend and I were so busy devouring breakfast that we didn't have time to think about it. It was a happy morning. The view is great, and ice water, tea, and coffee are all free. Manga books are free, and using the washing machine is also free. The hot spring is small but nice. There is a wide variety of shampoos and conditioners to choose from, and there are various types of hair dryers, including Dyson ones. In particular, there are two massage chairs, and they are amazing. I want to take the massage chairs with me when I go back to Korea. I love you, Green Morris. Next time, I'll come with my husband, whom I left at home!"

"Hotel room has good views but location is a bit far from the town centre. There are free shuttle bus to Onsen and train station. Hotel staff are super friendly and service is very nice. The dinner is very delicious and fulfilling."
Kawaguchiya Kinosaki Riverside Hotel
"We stayed for one night and booked a traditional room. The hotel is a bit out of the city center, but the town is very small, so it's not a major issue, especially since the hotel offers free shuttle services. From the outside, it looks like a modern building, and I wished it had a bit more authenticity. The hotel and rooms are a little 'tired,' but perhaps that's part of their charm. They provide beautiful yukata, obi, haori, and zori, and you can wear this outfit to stroll around town and visit the public onsens (there are six or seven of them), for which they also provide passes upon check-in. We thoroughly enjoyed the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast, served in the same style in a private room. Everything was beautifully presented; it was an interesting experience and a real aesthetic pleasure."
Shinzan Kinosaki
"We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the outdoor onsan very much! The service was excellent. We would definitely recommend!"
Hostel Waraku
"Super friendly staff and more affordable than other hotels in the area. It’s super clean and they also have a sauna you can book. Strongly recommended for both solo travelers and couples."
Kinosaki Yamamotoya
"Very good experience"
Sennennoyu Koman
"A good ryokan. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were polite. Even though the hotel is very old (you can feel it in places), it's very clean and cozy. The koi on the terrace are a bit of a mixed bag: The koi are beautiful, but they look scared and have very little space. I didn't get any aesthetic pleasure from them – I was more worried. Pros: - Amazing service - Very atmospheric room - Fantastic kaiseki dinner - Good breakfast - A pass is provided for all local onsens (you'll need to pay a symbolic 400 yen per visit to the onsens, but there are no restrictions on how many onsens you can visit, and you can even visit them for a couple of hours after check-out). Cons: - No smoking in the room or on the room's terrace (this is probably because their Gonzaemon hotel, where you *could* smoke, burned down nearby). - The air conditioner only heats the main room; the other rooms (hallway, bathroom, toilet) are very cold. - The hot tub is very small (it's photographed in a way that makes it look bigger). - The convenience store (combini) is very far away. - There are shared hot springs and a private bath in the adjacent building (you need to book in advance, and the last entry is at 11 PM). - The yukatas are rather simple compared to other local ryokans."
Kinosaki Onsen Tokitotoki
"Very convenient, just few min walk from station, convenient shop is at the opposite side. Although it's a small hotel, the room is spacious and well equipped. They not only have their own personal onsen but also provide free voucher for outside onsens. The service is excellent. All staffs are so polite and can communicate in English. The greatest is the midnight bar which serves with free wines /drinks and snacks till 2am"
Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu
"Great ryokan, the staff are incredibly kind. They will take good care of you. They have a private onsen, which is a plus. The rooms are large, clean, and traditional. You can still have a Western-style bed if you prefer. Very well located, very close to the train station so you can quickly drop off your luggage. They provide a yukata, geta, and an unlimited pass so you can enjoy the onsen as much as you like."

Kinosaki Onsen Ichidaya
"Nothing in particular."
Kinosaki the Crab House Kanian
"It smells a bit damp and like a toilet, but the service is great."
Kinosaki Maruyamagawa Onsen Ginka(Preschool children not accepted)
"It was absolutely wonderful. The meat and the hot springs were especially great. I sincerely want to go again. The staff were also very kind."
Kinosaki Onsen Nishimuraya Hotel Shogetsutei
"A very nostalgic and cosy place. The room is spacious and futon beds was comfortable. Only tried the breakfast which is simple and so so only."
Toyooka Sky Hotel
"Overall it's OK, it's close to the station, breakfast is a Japanese set breakfast, you can try it, it's OK, Japan is relatively clean, no bottled water is provided"
Kinosaki Onsen Koyado Tsumugi
"The accommodation is very close to the station. There's a cafe with a foot onsen right below, which makes it super convenient for getting around. The staff were also very helpful."
Tsukimotoya Ryokan
"Maybe I came in the wrong season, so the hot springs were less attractive! The air-conditioning in the room is uneven, and the service staff will use the meal time to enter the room, which will give you an illusion 😂 The location of the hostel is good 👍 The hotel has its own bath, and the food is okay"
Sinonomesou
"Location: very near to the rest of the onsen. Service: I booked this hotel as it was marketed as “kids friendly” onsen hotel on various websites, and kids yukata are available etc. I was told by the staff that kids yukata needs to pay a separate fee of JPY300 per set. Meals are strictly 1 hour only. They will collect the food once the time is up, regardless if you are done or not. I’ve got 2 toddlers and I struggle to meet the 1 hour timeline of feeding them plus myself. Unfortunately my food was cleared before I can finish them. Rooms: Rooms are ok, nothing worth mentioning. Onsen is small."
Yuraku Kinosaki Spa & Gardens
"We sprung for a quad suite and half board, and it it not disappoint. The kitchen gave us a tremendous variety of Japanese traditional dishes, it was a real culinary learning experience! Our suite had its own onsen tub, and we had access to the hotel's onsens and to those in town. Having the suite gave us western beds, not futons. Service was wonderful."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Kinosaki
"The hotel staff were polite, and the room was clean and tidy. Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel were buffet style and very extensive."
Kojinmari
"The location is excellent on the main street. It is a short walk to the JR station and outdoor hot springs. The boss and his family are friendly and friendly to guests. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I arrived in the morning, completed the formalities and left my luggage at the front desk. We went out for fun and it was stipulated to check in at 3pm. When we came back, our suitcases were already put into the room. The weather was very hot, so I was given iced matcha tea and snacks. The room was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were relatively new, and the wet and dry baths were separated and hygienic and clean. The free outdoor hot spring use coupon is given after check-in and can be used."
Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Kannabe Highland
"Clean place, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant but staff will guide you to nearest restaurant for dinner."

Matsuya
"Excellent traditional-style pekan. I loved the service, cleanliness, convenient location, and spacious room. It was the best vacation in a long time! All the public onsen, shops, and cafes are nearby. The girl at dinner and breakfast was very attentive, explaining everything in detail, asking for clarification, and the service was beyond praise! We would be happy to return and would recommend it."
HOTEL LiVEMAX Toyooka
"Easy to find, a short walk from the MRT station. Close to shopping areas, you can walk all the way to the fish market. Convenient, with pajamas and amenities provided, but the room might be a bit small as it takes up a full suitcase."
