"Cobwebs in the room and batbroom Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. Toilet holder broken and hanging off the wall. No hooks on back of bathroom door - just 2 holes where it used to be. Neither of the 2 bedside lights were working. Kids running around corridoors around midnight on the 1st floor. However, carpark and access to hotel was perfect. Digital check is genius. Ease of check out is ideal. Staff we interacted with were all lovely and kind. I'd habe a look around other options before i book here again. For the price we paid and for the location i think it was worth whay we paid. Just disappointed that it was so rough around the edges"

"Oh dear. It was so disappointing. It is the third Premier Inn we have stayed at this year and was by far the worst. It needs revamping. The seat in the room has horribly stained and the curtains had holes in them.There is no reception area, or place to meet friends other than the Beefeater next door, which is equally run down."
