"Great location literally next to the tram station. £6 for a weekend tram ticket to use as much as you like. Hotel room was spotless with the comfy bed you expect in a Premier Inn. We ate in the hotel in the evening and the food and service was good. Great location. Would stay again."

"The staff make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. Thanks especially to Mike and Lois who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were extremely friendly and helpful. They are both a credit to Premier Inn. We opted for the dinner, bed and breakfast package which is very good value and offered a varied menu, nicely cooked. The room and bathroom were clean and warm though maybe a bit tired and the bedroom would benefit from a mirror above the dressing table/work station. Extra tea coffee etc are available from the foyer by the check in point. We were there to go to a show at the Lowry which is only a ten minute walk away. There is plenty of transport into Manchester should you wish to visit. One tip: Parking is in the multi storey next to the hotel, we found the parking directions issued by the hotel confusing. Finding the hotel after parking also took a while for two old codgers! Payment for the parking is on exit and should be done at the machine in the hotel on check out in order to receive a discount. We shall certainly be staying here again. Thank you"

"Although just outside the city centre, location is quite accessible as there is a tram stop nearby. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and tidy. No issues with ordering outside food as well. This is second time I have stayed here, and will likely book again in the future."

"As a Manchester United supporter for 24 years, staying here was a true pilgrimage. Imagine waking up and falling asleep with the Theatre of Dreams right outside your window—it was surreal. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spotless and incredibly spacious, but the highlight was "Heaven," the rooftop football pitch. I had the chance to kick a ball around with a father and son there. Playing football with a direct view of Old Trafford was a "pinch-me" moment. It was simply perfect. Special thanks to Yan at the front desk. Her service was exceptional—professional, warm, and welcoming. She truly elevated my stay and made me feel right at home. GGMU!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Manchester Trafford Centre West Premier Inn, Brilliant and Friendly Staff, Bar and Restaurant were amazing. Room was Incredible, Cleaned and Maintained to a very High Standard. Great Lighting With Large TV. Also loved the HDMI input below TV so you can hook up an external device to watch anything on. The USB inputs on each bedside were a great touch too providing charge to my phone without the need to have a plug. and the Bathroom was spot on, Shampoo was provided along with proper hand soap, Hot water, Great Shower Pressure and lastly toilet Seat was secure and not loose and Clean. "

"Perfect location for Salford Quays. Take a tram into Manchester centre easily. Parking is not free despite what is listed (£9.60 per day, free for 3hrs if you eat at Beefeater) so this was disappointing and annoying because I chose this hotel due to ‘free parking’. Would be good if each room had slippers as the carpets are pretty dirty and lots of people don’t want to wear their shoes inside."
