Holiday Inn Express & Suites AUSTIN DOWNTOWN - UNIVERSITY by IHG ★★★
Experience convenience and comfort at this Austin hotel, featuring stylish suites, friendly service, and easy access to entertainment, dining, and campus.
Lakeway Resort and Spa ★★★★
"The location, view and spa services were great! However, the room had an AC that would continually drip into the sink due to a build up of condensation and there were no streaming services. Overall, the hotel could use updates in the aesthetics and upkeep of the hotel in the rooms and dining area. Seems a little stuck in time. We expected more from a resort."
Orangewood Inn and Suites Midtown ★★
Enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast buffet with hearty morning favorites, fresh coffee, and convenient dining before exploring Austin.

DoubleTree by Hilton Austin-University Area ★★★★
"Great stay!"
Red Roof PLUS+ Austin South – Airport ★★
"The hotel is okay for staying for a couple nights. There is a free parking."
Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin ★★★★
"Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good."
Renaissance Austin Downtown Hotel ★★★★
"I really like the theme of the barbie hotel!!!! The drained pool as a restaurant it great! I give this hotel 9/10.. amenities are amazing. The only thing I would comment on is the bed. It's not too comfortable."

"Really beautiful boutique style hotel located in Downtown Austin. Very comfortable plush bed with robes and slippers. Nespresso coffee maker in the room with a full (paid) bar and snacks. Quiet and stylish with valet parking. All the staff were very polite and kind. We only stayed one quick night, but would recommend for a longer stay to fully enjoy all of the amenities."

Super 8 by Wyndham Austin Downtown/Capitol Area
"I had a disappointing experience at the Wyndham Austin. At check-in I was charged an additional $50 fee that was not clearly explained beforehand. The receptionist insisted that I sign a document and the situation felt uncomfortable and somewhat pressuring. The way the extra charge was handled made me feel insecure as a guest. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable handing over my passport and only showed a photo instead. Travelers should be aware that additional charges may appear at check-in and that the process was not clearly communicated. Transparency and clearer explanations would improve the experience for guests."
