Holiday Inn Express & Suites AUSTIN DOWNTOWN - UNIVERSITY by IHG
"Check in is very confusing, the lobby is very hot, I ordered chocolate covered strawberries a few days ahead of time and I had to cancel them because of how long they were taking (checked in at 3, left for the evening around 6), parking is not reasonable at all and I was charged twice. Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly."
Thompson Austin, by Hyatt
"I’m very disappointed that I got asked for my cc and was charged again for the stay plus 150.00 more and don’t know why, I’m going to get in touch with management, this is unacceptable"
Citizenm Austin Downtown
"I really like the hotel , the staff , the location, we could do everything by walk, there is lot of restaurants and coffees around the hotel."
Holiday Inn AUSTIN-TOWN LAKE by IHG
"Facilities old but renovated, well-kept, clean, & friendly staffs. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom but windows could use more sound proofing as it is nearby freeway."
Tommie Austin, Part of Jdv by Hyatt
"One of the worst hotel service I've encountered. Not recommended"
Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown
"It was clean, spacious and the service was friendly."
Hotel ZaZa Austin
Hotel Indigo AUSTIN DOWNTOWN - UNIVERSITY by IHG
"The stay was not pleasant. Checked in due to family member having scheduled surgery. Actually added check in (1) day earlier than planned and booked through hotel directly. I should have known there would be issues. Walked into lobby and it was hot. Hotel had fans set up. The biggest complaint is terrible water pressure that made showering extremely difficult for family member to prep for surgery using antibacterial soap that we brought. The water was basically weak sprays through clogged up shower nozzles the water was never hot but lukewarm. Not enough water to wash our hair. Cold water had a better spray but not acceptable to shower in cold water. Maintenance came very quickly the first night and took apart the shower head but also admitted this has been a frequent issue. Spent full day at hospital, came back to hotel and water pressure still bad. Front desk staff was kind and this is no complaint about the staff. He recommended running the sink faucet for 15-20 min and run the shower at same time to get hot water. This is crazy but ok I was able to take 5 min shower with same weak shower spray with a bit warmer water. Went to bed and decided to check out 7/16 Thursday at 5:30 am, a full 6 hours before I needed to leave. Told the front desk staff and they also agreed I could leave a review. Why did I not fight and demand that something be done? I was sleep deprived due to very loud Air conditioning unit turning on and off and prepping for the surgery. I do want Hotel Indigo to make things right with me. At this point I will never book again with this hotel."
Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District
"Overall, I'm satisfied. It's one of the best locations, especially for trips related to UT Austin. However, I'm not sure if it was just our room, but the hot water didn't work very well. If you want a hot shower, you'll need to check."

Fairmont Austin
"Overall good experience"
Four Seasons Hotel Austin
"Exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms and amenities were of incredibly high quality, and you can't beat the location. The hotel is in the heart of everything, and so many great shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. My room also overlooked Lady Bird Lake, and the views were incredible. Since I was here on business I didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel however, I did have a drink at the bar in the lobby, which was erred in a glass cowboy boot which was fun. The hotel also had a partnership going with Vivrelle which I thought was cool. Would highly recommend choosing this hotel whether you are in town for business or leisure, it's hard to beat."
The Loren Hotel Austin
"Really beautiful boutique style hotel located in Downtown Austin. Very comfortable plush bed with robes and slippers. Nespresso coffee maker in the room with a full (paid) bar and snacks. Quiet and stylish with valet parking. All the staff were very polite and kind. We only stayed one quick night, but would recommend for a longer stay to fully enjoy all of the amenities."
Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa Austin
"The environment is very good, come here on business trips"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin South
"My husband and I had a great stay. It was quiet and very clean. Safe place to stay. The only thing is they say they have coffee 24 hrs. But there was no coffee until breakfast and the coffee container stayed empty. So I was alittle bit disappointed. But we still had a wonderful stay"
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport
"Nice place, eventhough I only stay for 8hrs."
Super 8 by Wyndham Austin Downtown/Capitol Area
"It is close to the city center and convenient for visiting urban attractions. It feels good."
Hilton Austin
"TODO SUPER BIEN"
Fairfield Inn & Suites Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge
"It was a 11pm check in. The welcome was only cool. The king-sized-bed room was reasonably sized, but with a bit of smell. Not a bad smell but not a scent neither. The room and bathroom were ok and clean and neat. Exercise room was ok with some weights and treadmills (somehow I didn't know how to get them work). Better if they have a bit more machines in there with staff occasionally checking if the machines are working. Breakfast was very simple. No freshly cooked eggs, no soy/oat milk. Quite basic but acceptable considering the price of the room. The check out was warmer and heartful."
The Westin Austin Downtown
"Big rooms but hallways and elevators were dirty. And there was a party in one of the rooms on our floor until 6am Monday morning.. people running up and down hallways, etc. Not ideal"
Hotel Viata
"Such a Good hotel. Next to Apple. Perfect View from this hotel."
Comfort Suites Austin NW Lakeline
"It was comfatable and you can find good amenities"
Tru by Hilton Austin Airport
"Had to park 5 minutes notes from hotel at 1 am ! There should be adequate parking for guests! Only one towel in room .Traffic was loud from highway all night!"
Renaissance Austin Downtown Hotel
"I really like the theme of the barbie hotel!!!! The drained pool as a restaurant it great! I give this hotel 9/10.. amenities are amazing. The only thing I would comment on is the bed. It's not too comfortable."
SpringHill Suites Austin South
"Nice place to stay to swim and go to the gym with Wal Mart near to"
Hilton Garden Inn Austin Central
"The hotel is newly opened and still has some lingering smells. Also, the room air conditioning is noisy, and because the rooms are large, not everyone can adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Otherwise, it's good."
