"We stayed for one night after a self-drive birding trip in the region, and before our onward flight. Norma provided us with a friendly and helpful check-in. We were grateful for her slow, clear Spanish, which, with a bit of Google Translate, allowed us to follow what she was saying. The whole hotel is decked out with a variety of art and colourful finishes. Our room was lovely with a big double bed, a well laid-out bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lush garden. There's private parking behind locked gates and the WiFi was fine. Breakfast was a simple affair of coffee, toast and cakes but they kindly catered for our diabetic requirement. The hotel is located a short walk from bars and restaurants. A enjoyable stay!"

"The hotel is super well maintained, we were surprised that it has carpets on the stairs, floors, rooms and they are very well maintained, good aroma, etc. The room was impeccable, (a problem with the cable that we couldn't watch TV but nothing serious) the bathroom was comfortable, spacious, the mattress was super and the sheets were soft, comfortable pillows, really excellent. Breakfast, little variety but impeccable in the choice, cakes, savory dishes, fruits, cereals, squeezed juice!!! excellent. NOW WELL: All this would not be possible if there is no predisposition from the staff, so we must say that the employees on the 20th and 21st (tomorrow) are super friendly, empathetic, friendly, willing to answer questions and recommended things to do in the city.
