The first floor houses the elegant and popular restaurant of the same name; I initially went directly to the restaurant, and the staff kindly guided me to the hotel entrance. The rooms are simply modern in style and exceptionally clean. Each room is equipped with a kettle, tea bags, and instant coffee; bathroom amenities are comprehensive, including towels, earplugs, and a toothbrush. A small tip: There's no elevator to the second-floor reception, but the staff are incredibly helpful throughout. The reception is occasionally unattended, but the restaurant staff are always willing to assist, patiently helping with everything from booking taxis to asking for local information. The restaurant downstairs offers a variety of food and drinks throughout the day, making dining very convenient. There's no refrigerator in the room, but there's a large supermarket, Tropic, right across the street with long opening hours, where you can buy all kinds of fresh produce; the supermarket also has a cozy, affordable café with a wide selection. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service—highly recommended for anyone traveling to Banja Luka!"
