The front desk staff were very kind, so I hesitated to even comment. It was conveniently located, about a 3-minute walk from the station. There was a nicer hotel nearby for the same price, so I would recommend that one instead."

"This is the second year in a row that I have stayed here. Just like last year, it was clean and I felt at ease. I returned to my room after the third anniversary. I was sorry that the cleaning staff was in the middle of cleaning at that time. However, thank you for your kind hospitality. My daughter's room next door had been cleaned, and I forgot to put up a sign to request cleaning, but they kindly cleaned it and I was grateful. There were my grandchildren's stuffed toys lined up on the bed, which was heartwarming! I came from the Yokohama area, but it was far away, so I was able to relax and unwind. I am very grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again."

When I checked in, I didn't prepare enough paper and toilet paper, and I didn't take the initiative to replenish it. "I heard good things from a colleague who stayed at another R9 branch, so I chose this hotel for my business trip to Ube. Being able to park right in front of my room was incredibly convenient for unloading luggage and heading out for work. Since it's a container hotel, each room is separate from the next, so I didn't have to worry about noise from neighboring rooms and it was very comfortable. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, the complimentary snacks were delicious and a real lifesaver! This R9 Ube location is fantastic for its convenience; within a 10-minute drive, you can reach convenience stores, supermarkets, general stores, drugstores, and various restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ube."
