"There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa Station, so even though it was only a 5-minute walk, it felt a little far from the station. However, there was a convenience store nearby and the hotel was in a quiet location, so it was not an inconvenient place to stay. The ochazuke breakfast was also delicious. Also, if you are staying multiple nights, the front desk is on the second floor, but you don't need to leave your room card there, and you can take the elevator directly to the first floor, so you can easily access the first floor and your room without having to rush around when meeting someone the next day. If I have the opportunity to come to Ube Shinkawa again, I would like to use this hotel."

"This is the second year in a row that I have stayed here. Just like last year, it was clean and I felt at ease. I returned to my room after the third anniversary. I was sorry that the cleaning staff was in the middle of cleaning at that time. However, thank you for your kind hospitality. My daughter's room next door had been cleaned, and I forgot to put up a sign to request cleaning, but they kindly cleaned it and I was grateful. There were my grandchildren's stuffed toys lined up on the bed, which was heartwarming! I came from the Yokohama area, but it was far away, so I was able to relax and unwind. I am very grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again."
