The room has an interesting concept built into the cliff, but it's practically unventilated and full of dirt and dust, though quite spacious. There's an unpleasant sewer smell. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's edible."

"The first thing that impressed me when we were brought to Has Cave Konak was the staircase of multi-colored steps, going up into the rock, against the background of which the hotel itself is located. A quiet, calm street, and the center is only 5 minutes walk away. This hotel has a courtyard, very colorful and an exit to the upper terrace with tables for coffee and a stunning panorama of Urgup! Every morning, cats bask in the sun on the crossbars and pose for your phone )). Our room impressed with its size, the ceiling is very high, a fireplace, lamps on the walls resembled torches in an old castle, a table, bedside tables and carved chairs - everything is antique, just the way I like it. This room has 2 doors, one of which leads to the courtyard with a staircase to the terrace. The bathroom with a jacuzzi in combination with the cave walls was especially good! Snow-white linen, a set of towels, shampoos, conditioners and other necessary accessories - everything was enough. I would like to thank the team of this hotel: Hatice, Xliyozi - for very tasty home-cooked breakfasts, Mehmet, Xlural, Yunus, Beyza - they welcomed us as dear guests, told us everything, explained, asked if we liked everything, took care of us as if we were relatives!"

A small improvement might be heated swimming pool outside as it's always freezing cold. "One of the handsomest rooms of any hotel we'd stayed in. Being able to enjoy a fireplace next to the bed in winter was a luxury. Most of all the service team was excellent. We had an accident during our trip and front manager Osman promptly and diligently helped us with necessary communications and got important information that we couldn't do for ourselves. That made all the difference."

"It's a nice hotel with beautiful designer rooms, but it's cold at night in early November. We stayed in a large room with a private veranda. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance. The bathroom is cold, especially in the metal bathtub, and there's no handheld showerhead, so water comes either from the faucet or from the ceiling shower. The sheets and towels aren't changed, which is very strange."

The food was delicious and the breakfast was very diverse. The staff is friendly and caring. When you enter the door, you are trapped in a different atmosphere. You can go to the Cappadocia region again just to stay here again and experience it again. We would also like to thank Mr. Akın and other staff who took care of us."

"Very bad. Location far from the town centre, "old" rooms and services, intermittent internet. Only breakfast and dinner are at the level of this hotel which perhaps in the past was more "elegant", now only decadent. If it were renovated, it would definitely be worth its value, but not now. Even dirty corners."

"Fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend. We took a king superior room and had our own private small swimming pool and additional jacuzzi. The room was amazing, breakfast was simple and authentic which added further to the overall charm. Ürgüp is a nice quiet town and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus station if you needed to get to Goreme. The staff are friendly, particularly Selim, who went out of his way to help us with airport transfer, further hotel bookings on our next leg of the trip and any items we needed with our room. The hotel were great to communicate with prior to the trip and clarified several queries I had. Overall we felt so welcome and it was a perfect honeymoon stay. The room was just like those on the website. "

Their technicians were solving the problem. As a result, I asked other guests in the same hotel and they found that others could access it. In the end, I had to go back to the front desk."

"Me and my daughter stayed in this Cute, Beautiful hotel in late part of March'2025. It is located on the top part of a hill and it was very close from the city. Their roof top Breakfast room was fantastic. They also have a sitting area near the Breakfast room from where you can see and enjoy 360 degree view of the nearby area. The room we stayed gave us a feeling of staying in a cave which signifies the name of the hotel. Staffs are super friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.💞💕💘❤️🩷"
