"The outside temperature was below zero. Room was very hot. No ac control. When requested, they asked to switch off ac. It was still very hot. At 3 am, again complained. They asked me to open the window. It was too noisy and then too cold as outside temperature was below zero. Could not sleep whole night, and now feeling sick. The response from hotel was worthless."
