"The location is close to the center, the university district is very close. People were friendly at check-in. The room has basic furnishings, in my case there was a thick layer of dust on the windowsill and on the wooden blinds. After I reported this, it was neatly resolved There is a sofa that you can also turn into a sofa bed, which is not only grubby but also too big for the space. There is no closet space The shower itself was fine, but there is no shower curtain or door, so little privacy You cannot wash hands in the toilet room itself, you must do so in the shower area. Room is gloomy decorated concrete gray with no paintings or other accessories. A nice TV and an excellent mini fridge The room is very noisy, you wake up several times a night due to the neighbors door closing, for example I won't be coming back here again anytime soon"

"Let's get the only positive out of the way. The setting is first class near pretty much everywhere you'd want to be. Other than that I cannot say anything positive about this place.It is not a hotel as I understand it staying as I doing hotels pretty much weekly for work and for leisure. I would describe it more like renting an unserviced room someway down the back of the premises down industrial( possibly intentionally) corridors.I foolishly thought the norm was to opt out of room cleaning but I note that our room was not touched by any domestic staff in the 3 and a half days we were there. Nor were the rooms of my Italian relatives or of my step daughter and her partners. Same bedclothes and unmade beds and the same wet towels for 3 and a half days. Yuck! The Hotel(sic) has a small reception area( let's call it a laptop in the cafe(sic) and nothing else. The restaurant( outstanding) isn't owned by the Hotel(sic) and therefore no late evening drinks,snacks or meals can be charged to your room.So in summary NOT for me or for my wife or for my family. Is it really too much to ask for fresh towels in a room costing €260 a night room only."

"I happened to be in the Netherlands during heavy snowfall, so all transportation basically shut down. I couldn't get to Amsterdam as planned and had to stay here for a night. The room was nearly 300, which felt a bit pricey. Overall, the soundproofing was decent. Each room had about 20-30 beds."

"Well…Someone entered our room in the middle of the night as they had a copy of our card (I don’t know how). After reporting it to their staff, we asked to change a room. He came up to understand the situation and told us to stay put and call him again if someone tries to enter again?! Of course, we rejected his proposal and demanded a change in room which he did do so. After all, we were offered free breakfast but 0 explanation or investigation into the matter even after probing. Room was pretty big tho"

"In terms of hygiene, the shower wasn't clean (hair from previous guests). The location is excellent and easily accessible. The service is excellent, and even with bacteria (enterococci) in the water, they do offer bottled water. Breakfast was a bit behind schedule on Sundays, not quite prepared for peak times. The breakfast menu could be better structured. They do have parking, but they could do with some more maintenance in the parking garage due to clogged drains, which cause water to pool on the deck, resulting in large puddles."
