"Very well located hotel: 10 min from the train station, 10 min from the center, 5 min from the ramparts, 15 min from the port. Decor recently redone. Friendly and smiling staff. Good breakfast (€12). But it is a small hotel: small breakfast room so you have to give a schedule. Small room (approx. 1m around the bed) and small bathroom (impossible to fit 2 people)... Only the shower cubicle is spacious..."

"I have to say I was quite surprised when reading other guests’ comments mentioning that the rooms were spacious enough. In our case, it really felt like we had the smallest room in the hotel. To give an idea, when sitting in the bathroom, there was barely enough space between your knees and the door once it was closed. The hotel is very well positioned, just a few minutes’ walk from the historical centre of Vannes, which made it easy to explore everything on foot. The room was clean, which is always appreciated. I was surprised there was no air conditioning, a fan was provided, but during this extremely hot weather it’s simply not enough. Also, there were no small amenities like a kettle with tea and instant coffee, or a coffee machine, which most hotels now offer. The soundproofing was also minimal. Starting early in the morning, we could clearly hear the cleaning staff, other guests, and doors shutting loudly, which made it difficult to sleep in…especially on a weekend getaway when you want to rest. Overall, it’s a very basic hotel that works for a short stay if location is your top priority, but it lacks comfort features we’ve come to expect."

"Extremely happy that we booked here. Apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Black out curtains were great to keep out the light for a great sleep, nice comfortable bed also important part. Customer service above and beyond as to being helpful in our needs. Great dinner recommendations as well!!! Quiet neighborhood , just a few minute walk to the central downtown area. Free private parking is available with advance notice. Simply the nicest place we stayed during our three weeks in France."

Easy walking to the centre of Vannes yet the station gives you a chance to explore the Brittany area further afield. Vannes is a great place to explore - the medieval centre plus numerous top class markets and places to eat. Villa Kerasy has a great team of responsive staff who look after you thoroughly and deal with any questions you might have. You certainly don't feel like an anonymous customer!"

Service: The staff is hospitable, there is a park in front of the left, suitable for HIKING in the morning"
