"We love the Bristol for family ski trips, but this year they went above and beyond. Our Alpybus airport pickup failed to get us on Jan 4th and the amazing hotel manager, Marie, personally drove us to Zurich in an emergency situation. We love the Bristol and Gerard and his team go above and beyond to make guests happy. Great views, awesome breakfast and overall our favorite place to stay in Verbier. We will be back!! This is our second trip with 8 people and everyone loves the Bristol. The location is great, it is clean and well serviced. Rooms have plenty of space and good amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful!"

"The hotel and decor is clearly a W from the moment you approach the entrance. It is extremely well decorated and kept. From the front door to the rooms, everything was kept extremely clean. The doorman and staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They gave us ideas of activities and even drove us to dinner one night. The spa area and pool were also meticulous and the staff there was wonderful as well. The location is a bit far from the downtown area but is very close to the gondola station from the town below and there are chairlifts nearby for skiing. The breakfast was a great spread and variety each marooning with additional complimentary items to choose from. Overall a classic 5 star W experience."
