"As good as always, the hotel staff is very good, the hotel scenery is beautiful, and it is worth checking in every time. It's a pity that there is no handmade chocolate to eat this time. The handwritten greeting cards in the hotel room every time are very thoughtful!"

"We just stayed one night but that was enough. The room is clean, front desk very efficient and friendly and there is a small free parking. That’s for the good. Now.. .our room was ultra basic and small, bathroom is a micro plastic capsule. Insonorisation is absent. And the neighborhood is neither pleasant nor convenient. Admittedly this hotel is cheaper than others but for what I offers it is still was too expensive."

"I had a great stay here, don't listen to the negative reviews, the hotel is under new ownership and renovations to the bar and restaurant were well under way, with the installation of a proper Irish style pub, hopefully fully opening next week. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, apparently a programme of refurbishment is next on the owners agenda. But the rooms are very clean and comfortable with lovely warm good pressure shower. The staff at every level are welcoming and friendly, the owners in particular were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the main square and just a short stroll to the lake and tour boats etc. I would definitely stay here again"

"The room is clean, pretty small, location is good, about 10 mins walk from the train station. The downside is the water from the tap takes a very long time to become warm, so my hands developed frostnip just after one night stay. The food in the restaurant is very nice, recommended."

Nice benefit - transportation ticket for the area nearby and some discounts for local attractions. Minus - loud music and noise from restaurant/bar below, also in the night."
