"We escaped the city by going to this hotel . We opted for the luxury two room suite . The location is very nice close to Msk , and has a small private courtyard. The building itself looks contemporary , fresh . A big thank you to the staff for early check in and complementary fruit and sweets plate in the room . The spa area is very nice but gets overcrowded, so is the breakfast area . The gym and wellness spa is great . This hotel gets high marks if only not for having wine glasses inside the room , and the overcrowded dinning hall at breakfast . I would love to see abit more of perks and pleasantries inside the top tier suites . Thanks for a great stay"

"The hotel itself is not bad, but there are a lot of shortcomings. There is a problem with the curtain in the bathroom; it falls off. In other rooms they most likely smoke in the shower, and apparently everything goes to the neighbors. I would also like to say hello to the restaurant where breakfast is held. One waitress walks around with a dissatisfied face, when asked to bring cutlery (not to our table, but simply to the common table), she left, returned 15 minutes later and didn’t even say whether she brought it or not. There was no bread, no sugar, we waited about 40 minutes for scrambled eggs, when asked when it would be available, she said that it had been on the buffet for everyone for a long time, eat it or not. In general, an ordinary 3-star hotel with all the attendants, but the restaurant really surprised me as much as possible, this has never happened anywhere else."
