"The service is really suffering, even though the place itself is good. We've stayed here before, but it seems to be getting worse and worse. There's no service in the restaurant (or rather, no one serving us), and the administrators are unapproachable. I hope there will be improvements in this regard."

"The hotel itself is not bad, but there are a lot of shortcomings. There is a problem with the curtain in the bathroom; it falls off. In other rooms they most likely smoke in the shower, and apparently everything goes to the neighbors. I would also like to say hello to the restaurant where breakfast is held. One waitress walks around with a dissatisfied face, when asked to bring cutlery (not to our table, but simply to the common table), she left, returned 15 minutes later and didn’t even say whether she brought it or not. There was no bread, no sugar, we waited about 40 minutes for scrambled eggs, when asked when it would be available, she said that it had been on the buffet for everyone for a long time, eat it or not. In general, an ordinary 3-star hotel with all the attendants, but the restaurant really surprised me as much as possible, this has never happened anywhere else."
