"I stayed at Naos Luxury Hotel in Orikum for 5 days and I truly enjoyed every moment of it! From the very beginning, I felt genuinely welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they really go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were always ready to help, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean and well maintained, just like the rest of the hotel. Everything is modern and gives a sense of comfort and quality. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. The food was delicious and clearly prepared with care. One thing I especially loved was the peaceful surroundings of the hotel. It’s a great place to truly relax, while still being just a very short walk away from the beach and the sea. For me, this was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"A very disappointing stay for an establishment that claims to be part of the Accor group and especially a 5-star establishment. Certainly, the architecture is elegant and the materials are of high quality, and the gourmet restaurant stands out with an attentive and professional team (it's just a shame that their outfits aren't differentiated). But for the rest, the service and amenities are absolutely not up to the expected level. Beach and restaurant: the QR code provided to order drinks and snacks displays prices, but when it comes to paying, you are told prices two to three times higher... without anyone being shocked. And when we ask for a receipt to understand, we are told that the QR codes are "obsolete"... even though the hotel is brand new! Half-board restaurant: if you choose this option, expect to find exactly the same dishes served every evening, with no effort to renew or adapt, which is simply unacceptable in an establishment of this standing. Welcome: first impression catastrophic: interminable wait, little personalization, and an incomprehensible organization where a customer is not even finalized before we already move on to the next one, leaving everyone in the dark. In short, all this does not correspond in any way to the standing of the Accor group, even less to that of a 5-star hotel. Even in a Mercure or a Novotel, the service is much more rigorous and consistent. A real disappointment for an establishment that seems to have focused on the decor rather than on the quality and consistency of the service."

"We arrived at this hotel and the owner didn't even smile, we had booked a room with a sea view and it wasn't due to the work they were doing, the fridge didn't work, the kettle wasn't there, on a small terrace with a drying rack that wasn't usable we would have had to climb over. from the window! Vlora is quite busy especially in August the first available beach was 3 km away so we had to take the car! we were very satisfied with the terrace and the rich breakfast, also the very nice spa!"

"This hotel is modern and clean and the service is great. It is also a good location near to the sea front yet far enough away that is is quieter. The roof bar/pool is small, tables and chairs and only 8 sun beds but we never struggled to get one. The beach area is minutes away and a coupon from reception gets you free beds. This also has a toilet area but no bar. What stops this being a 5* review is; The sea view - is now blocked by a huge complex being built (not too much noise though from the build) The spa - is just a steam room and sauna, hrs of operation 5-10pm. Notice must be given to turn both on. There is an area for massage but on a rainy Saturday, I asked what the possibility of arranging a massage was and was told the masseur didn't live locally, so not possible."

"We booked this hotel through Lastminute.com with a score of 8.3 (very good) based on over 200 reviews. Unfortunately, we strongly disagree. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the room was very outdated. There was no shower head holder, so we had to hold the shower head ourselves the whole time. The water was more often cold than hot, and the window wouldn't close. The bathroom light stayed on constantly, and the TV didn't work. There were also no nightlights. We stayed with three people, but the towel supply was irregular (sometimes 2, sometimes 4) and always damp. Storage space for clothes was virtually nonexistent, so everything had to be kept in suitcases. Furthermore, there was no safe. The hotel is poorly insulated: we slept on the third floor, but conversations from the ground floor or higher floors sounded as if they were happening right next to us. Breakfast was disappointing: exactly the same every day, with very limited choices (no plant-based milk, only white bread, and only chicken breast and cheese as toppings). In addition, we were woken in the middle of the night by reception staff asking us to move the car, even though there was plenty of space, and the parking lot was disorganized and unpaved. The only positive thing during our stay was the friendliness of receptionist Alissia. This is the first review I've ever written, but given our experience, I feel it's important to warn future guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel."
