"We have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time we were very disappointed with the experience. Prices have increased significantly, while the facilities have noticeably aged. Even the playroom is affected: there is very little equipment, although the room is large and has a lot of potential. The buffet offered very few options, and that for a price of €41 per person without drinks. The pool was also quite cold, both indoors and outdoors. What was particularly annoying was that the prices for dinner at the buffet were incorrectly displayed, which led to additional costs of €30 in the end. Unfortunately, we had to bear the cost of this mistake. The discussion with the lady at the entrance about this was very unpleasant and left a bad impression. We had felt much more comfortable during our previous visits, but unfortunately, many things were not right this time."

"Well, what can I say about this great little hotel? It’s quite simply perfect! I have been visiting this village for nearly thirty years and never stayed there before because it was only bed and breakfast. What a mistake! I am now a solo traveller, so it’s completely my choice and I wanted to be able to eat lunch when out on my trips, so this was ideal for me. The hotel is kept scrupulously clean, the rooms are really nice with some having views over the Hausberg and have plenty of space and a good size bathroom. The beds are very comfortable too and there is plenty of storage space. The breakfast is extensive with both hot and cold choices. Nothing is too much trouble. It really sets you up for the day ahead. The proprietors, Florian and Nadine could not be more welcoming and staff are very helpful. I am really looking forward to my next visit sometime next year. It also welcomes bikers, which is a bonus."

"Oh my goodness. What a gem of a find! Greeted with champagne and orange juice and a warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival. Gorgeous rooms and bathrooms. Big comfy beds and fluffy bedding. Toasty warm accommodation. Generously sized and delicious meals (only tiny thing was they were quite salty but I think I'm not used to that much salt). Lovely, helpful, incredibly accommodating staff - they were happy to cook food in their kitchen I'd given them for my 11 month old daughter who was weaning, very fussy and had allergies. And also double checked what I could give her, whenever I asked. They also provided us with a kettle and fridge in the room. LOVED the carrot/apple/ginger juicer and delicious coffees. Generous unlimited portions of cake and chips to eat when you came off the slopes too. The spa areas were epic. The pool clean. A fab kids area. A garden with a swing. A games room. And ski storage room too. The decor modern and fresh and everywhere well-looked after and maintained. The rooms cleaned every day. Every request accommodated. And conveniently situated with just a short walk to the Gondola for the slopes. It felt like one big giant luxurious home-from-home experience. The BEST hotel stay I've ever had skiing and certainly one of the best in my lifetime. Thank you so much. I will be back for sure. x"

"The Tiroler Adler is a very good place to stay for your skiing or hiking vacation. This hotel is family owned and operated. The owner and all staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide selection of options. Boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or omelette - sure thing! Many different kinds of cheese and meats. The sauna (Finnish or Infrared) is open from 4pm to 7pm. We have been staying here three times already and plan to return next winter!"
