Built in 2008, this vacation home has views of the valley below and surrounding mountains, including Wardner Peak which is part of the Silver Mountain Ski Resort. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with queen size beds. A queen sized futon is on the main floor. The master bedroom is on the main floor; the others are upstairs. Auxiliary heat is provided by a gas-fired stove. The master bath has a soaking tub.Other things to notePlease, do not park on the access road just down the hill and adjacent to the property. It is a public access road and parking is prohibited on that road. It may be deceiving because it is an old access road that is now a public trail access point owned by the city of Wardner. Please, do not park any vehicles on the road.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
