"This hotel has the best mattresses I've ever slept on 🥰 a truly delightful experience! The cleanliness (as far as our room was concerned) was very good. Regarding the breakfast buffet, there's room for improvement. (That's just my personal opinion, though.) All in all, it's a very good hotel for its price range! I can wholeheartedly recommend it."

"The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode."

"Good location when you walk to the brook. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. I hit my head on the bar that above the bed kit, which is at unfavourable height. It is missing staff. Unfortunately, the receptionists are always elsewhere, that's a pity. I've already worked in hotels and know how awesome the owners/managers are. So, please hire more people. If the hotel dad has guests all year round, that wouldn't be a problem."

"It was warm, cosy room. They put a bed story next to your bed. That was cute. The story relates to the name of the hotel. Wonderful!!! It is next to the central city Christmas market!!! You can feel the Christmas in the air!!! It is 15 minutes from station, easy to find. Delicious breakfast. Everyone was so friendly!"
