"If this hotel were in Malaysia, it would easily be a 5-star property. The service is absolutely excellent, and I'd give 10 stars to the reception staff, especially Endah, as well as the breakfast team and room service. The room itself is beautiful, with a lovely view from the balcony. The bathroom is also gorgeous, and the water pressure is fantastic. This is truly a 10-star hotel. I'll recommend it to everyone, especially those from Malaysia visiting Wonosobo."

"This is a new resort but there are still teething issues. The hot water runs out, the toilet cannot refill itself without leaking, breakfast was prepared way too early and served cold, and facilities are generally not up to par. Nice environment though - a quiet oasis with a giant aviary filled with cute birds."

Just put it in, so that instant noodles, eggs, and others are provided, so visitors don't need to go far to the mini market to buy, sometimes the stomach feels hungry at night, there is a kitchen but the one that will be cooked is not available at the reception stall"

"We booked two nights here to have a good strategic place to visit the Dieng Plateau. The hotel has seen it’s good days years ago! The rooms are old, need renovation and are partly dirty. The sink faucet was mold surrounded, the walls dirty and just very old. The towels where dirty with spots on them and rippled edges. The bedding consisted of a blanked, scratchy and most probably not cleaned after use and sheets, partley holes and spots on them. The pool was empty of water. Breakfast was very disappointing, so much fruit and veggies are grown here and the fruit consisted of a few sad looking pieces of melon. No fruitjuice, just a huge canister with water! The hallways to rooms are black spotted and look disgusting!"
