Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the high floor offered an amazing view, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The facilities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The staff were enthusiastic and the overall stay exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for travel and leisure, and definitely worth coming back to!

Guest UserThe hotel's service attitude was top-notch! A big shout-out to Meg Li and the two engineers from the maintenance department. They were incredibly responsive and patient in resolving various minor issues we encountered.
However, there were a few small problems with the facilities. The screen mirroring TV could only cast **source, and we couldn't connect other platforms due to device and software channel issues. I want to commend the hotel's service again; even though the manufacturer's after-sales support couldn't fix it, they were still incredibly patient in helping us communicate and resolve the issue, which made me feel at ease. Secondly, the control panel for the curtains, lights, and air conditioning was scattered across several different locations. Finding the right buttons felt like a treasure hunt. While it didn't affect usability, it was a bit inconvenient and less user-friendly.
Regarding the room views, the Executive Lake View room facing Shahu Lake (Figure 4) offered the closest lake view and a distant view of the Yangtze River and Yellow Crane Tower, making for a beautiful nightscape. However, during this visit, there was an algal bloom in Shahu Lake, making the lake surface appear dirty, so the daytime view was less appealing. The Executive Open-Plan Lake View room (Figure 3) faced the East Lake direction. While not a direct lake view, it wasn't far, and the room was on a high floor, offering a clean and beautiful view during the day. However, at night, facing a residential area of the city, it was darker and less impressive compared to the Yangtze River view.
Both the afternoon tea and happy hour were quite rich, with good quality food and the option to enjoy cocktails. The swimming pool directly overlooks Shahu Lake, providing a lovely view of the sunset.
Overall, despite a few minor hiccups during our stay, the hotel's service was highly commendable, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
