Then, the next morning, the previous guest checked out and, thinking my room was empty, the staff just opened the door and walked in, leaving us completely bewildered. And the air conditioning was incredibly noisy, like a tractor. For a new hotel, how could the equipment maintenance be so awful? I'm speechless. My last stay was unpleasant due to service issues, and since my travel companion had checked in first, I took a chance and chose this hotel again. It was truly outrageous; I made a fool of myself."

The front desk staff prepared warm towels and tea with floral water. Another waiter helped me wipe the suitcase and asked me if I had any plans for the next day. After learning that I had plans for the next day, they took the initiative to contact a car and sent me there directly for service the next day. It was really considerate."

"Absolutely terrible! There were "No Smoking" signs posted throughout the room, yet there were three ashtrays: one in the bathroom, one on the sofa, and one on the table. It was basically a no-smoking zone, with obvious secondhand smoke. After changing rooms, the windows creaked loudly in the middle of the night, and the staff just tried to brush it off. The front desk said the construction would start at 7:30, but they started before 6:00! It was incredibly noisy!"
