"It is a very niche tourist destination. Japan is very popular but few people know it in China, so the hotel is mainly Japanese. The service is very considerate. It can be said that it is the best hotel I have stayed in so far. For example, during the buffet dinner, you will be taken around to tell you which areas have which dishes. You can soak in the hotel's sea hot springs and foot baths while watching Mount Fuji. You can feel the full sensation. You don't need to bring your own towels. They are all prepared for you (most hotels in Japan require you to bring them from your room). The hotel's feature is that it is all-inclusive, including breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, etc. If you want, you can eat from checkin to checkout. The chocolate cake in the forest cafe is very good, and you can take a special rail elevator down, which is very fun. I only stayed for one night this time, but two nights is actually the best experience. I will come again in the future."

"The service is excellent. Breakfast is included and tasted good. It is very closed to the station. However, one downside is that the hotel itself is a bit old. Carpet is a bit dirty. And on the first night we arrived, we found a spider in our room. So looks like the hotel is a bit old and not that clean. Need improvement in this area."
