酒店距離朝陽街和煙台山不遠，步行十五分鐘就到，到第一海水浴場也就在旁邊，房間比較寬敞，設施齊全，不過沒有暖氣只有空調，進屋有點冷，早餐品種比較少

參加馬拉松，連鎖酒店的服務還是很到位的，非常熱情，好客。酒店的設施有點老，室內很乾凈，被子備品也很乾凈，但是可能是酒店年頭多，房間有點怪怪的味道。早餐很好吃，豐富，棒棒，位置相當好。

酒店很老 衞生比較差 跟朋友一共訂了三間房 除了我這一間床上有毛髮 還有一間更糟糕 衞生堪憂 前台的電話打了好幾次都給掛了 最後終於打通 態度不耐煩 聽口氣應該是故意掛斷電話的 貌似太忙 不想接 我們是幾個朋友一起出去玩 臨時訂房 也沒有仔細看 是目前住過最差的酒店

攜程定的豪華雙床房，淡季，提前訂，用券之後280，當天晚上的標價是三百，圖個離所城裡近一點。
打車到位置之後，差點沒認出來，圖片跟實景差了不是一星半點，我還懷疑司機給我送錯了地方。
當然，這不重要。
重要的是，進去酒店大門就開始🈶一股怪味。
進到房間，腳臭味簡直把人薰吐，地面全是各種油漬和不知名污漬。
累的不想折騰，想開窗通風，説是有窗，結果被牆沿兒擋了一半。懶得折騰，也不太挑剔。所以就開窗通風住下來，收拾好，準備睡覺。
奇葩的來了，躺下，發現床上被子居然是濕的，床是壞的，晚上洗澡，洗了一半，發現洗髮水瓶是空的，費勁擠出來一點洗了頭，瞎胡蓋了一點背角，勉強住了一夜。
不是那種挑剔人，也不想拖着疲憊的身體去跟前台爭辯。
這一分，完全是給房間大小的，“豪華”兩個字，我真是氣笑了。

因為比較信任這個品牌，所以沒注意到住客評價只有3.3分，結果踩了大雷了，可以説是我住過的最差的維也納酒店。房間及設施比較舊也就罷了，設施壞了也不維修，窗户壞了，拿一個鋁合金棒頂一下。浴室簾下面的橫桿也是斷的。本來沒幾個衣架，居然出了好幾種，太能救乎了。衞生做的也不好，門後面一層厚厚的土。總的來講，錦江集團管理的酒店標準化差很多。

離所城裡就是過馬路的距離，周邊商業成熟交通方便有免費停車位。早餐非常一般還需要38元/位，不如在周邊吃個包子、蓬萊小麪。入住當天四點多都沒有把房間收拾出來，此後房間的茶包、浴帽也衹給一次，每天打掃衞生都不能把垃圾桶的圈裝好，床單也是亂七八糟，真是提不成，整體比較老舊，木地板咯吱作響。

簡直難以想象，掏這個價錢住的酒店都不如一般最次的賓館。出門在外起碼得乾淨整潔，衞生是第1位的。這個水壺是入口喝水的東西，難以想象我看到它第一眼的感受。總之一句話，大家請避雷。還是非常信任攜程這個平台的。一定要幫消費者把好關

除了服務人員，和酒店位置。整個酒店沒一點好的，設施老舊、破，房間味道重（臭味）。早餐沒東西，是真的沒什麼吃的，一共沒幾個盤子。車輛進出停車不方便。
