"An excellent hotel near the city center. The sign isn't immediately visible. It's located at a crossroads, but the noise is muted thanks to the well-sealed windows. Parking is available inside. Nearby are a market, shops, cafes, and a church. The rooms are very cozy, with good plumbing and linens. Everything is very high-quality, with every detail thoughtfully considered. There's a kettle and coffee maker in the room, along with all the necessary utensils. Thank you to the staff for their help and attention! We had a wonderful time here."

"Hotel locations are excellent, staff-young girls are very attentive to consumer requirements. But there are questions to the owner. You have mouse in the hotel, you trab them directly at the customers, even notifying them. This is a gross violation of sanitation standards. I wrote a claim in Trip, as they paid for the booking, waiting for the answer."

"I really enjoyed this hotel for a short trip to the charming town of Yelets! All the best sights in town are within walking distance, and the rooms are excellent. My single room had four windows, with curtains so good that light didn't interfere with my sleep. There was no distraction, no outside noise or other noises, except for a thunderstorm at night. The pillow and mattress were very comfortable, even though I'm very picky about them. Everything in the room and bathroom was well-appointed. But the most important thing was the hotel staff—polite and attentive. The receptionists helped me arrange breakfast for an early arrival, and the security guards in the second building helped me find a taxi (which didn't stop near the hotel) and find out if I could extend my stay when I needed to. The restaurant staff was also very pleasant. On the downside, I'd like to see updated bed linens and towels; they were a bit washed out. The breakfast wasn't very varied: I'd have liked fruit juice, cucumbers, and tomatoes with my scrambled eggs. There are some extras you can add to your breakfast for an extra fee, which is simply ridiculous by Moscow standards. The breakfast items themselves are high-quality: the restaurant bakes its own croissants and makes its own baked ham. The coffee is quite decent. I highly recommend this hotel."
