"Smooth booking process"

"We arrived in Trabzon, Turkey on October 3rd and stayed at the 4-star Alissan Hotel for 8 days. My brother Faisel Ismail and friend Salah Almeer and I shared a room there. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist named Ms. Haneefa, who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel staff were all loyal and dedicated to serving guests and making them feel like part of the family. Our room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a variety of delicious food. We had a remarkable tour of Trabzon's beautiful weather, and we definitely plan to come back and recommend the hotel to our friends and family."

"I visited this hotel in early August. I have traveled many times. Nowhere was as respectful as this. First, there was a receptionist who was a blonde girl named (ilknur cebel)If the buffet hadn't been ready for the cleanliness of the hotel, When we had breakfast, all the staff of the restaurant prepared whatever food you wanted. Even if he was not present at the buffet, in terms of the cleanliness of the hotel, I would say not four stars I would say not four stars should have been given the title of king of hotels"

"One major set back left me distraught and hurt. Despite informing the management no apology has been received. Unfortunately, although first time ever in a Hilton hotel being a Hilton Diamond that a rude perhaps a ****** waiter shouted get out of here in the restaurant only for basketball team. Had no manners and behaviour problems. Elsewhere in Hilton properties always highly valued treated with loyalty given a priority over other guests. In this hotel the other guests given priority by the captains and pushed ahead of me and I had to request egg three times still not received. Shocking and disgusting to say the least abnormal behaviour. Plus side the GM and owners did welcome me received upgrade and amenities. The outstanding and exceptional worker in this hotel was Ms Kader, she fulfilled the expectations of hospitality regardless being extremely busy never on any occassion was ignored. Actually, she dealt with any request professionally, effieciently and promptly. Also no fresh orange juice was provided or offered as a Hilton Diamond member. Rather this hotel did not reflect in terms of the VIP hospitality that I'm accustomed with in all other Doubletree hotels and Hilton properties as I was treated similarly or worse than other guests in the restaurant."

"Excellent Hotel I have had the pleasure of staying here in September. The pool was absolutely amazing with cleanest water. The breakfast was very much like a 5* hotel. The manager has helped me even order food from popeyes. The staff was very warm. Location is very close to the airport and centre. I stayed in the bungalow which is highly recommended.
