"I have just completed 4 nighty stay at this wonderful Doubletree by Hilton hotel, Yomra. This hotel is great by all standards. All the rooms are suites. The facilities are all new and the service is excellent. The location of the hotel is great near many shops and restaurants. Although the hotel is new and impressive, but what really catches my eye is the level of service of the hotel’s employees. Their smiles and keenness to provide the best they have to make customers happy and satisfied is remarkable . I would like to mention in particular the reception and restaurant staff. I would like to thanks Esra, Ceren gul, Nazlican, Tugba from the reception. And Hatice, Emrecan, Mirac , Zeynep, Yavuz and Merve from the FB department. Also I would like to thank the bellboy Mert for his great help to me throughout my stay. The suite is clean and tidy and has all the amenities you expect. The breakfast is delicious with huge variety to choose. Finally i would like to thank two special people, Mr. Cemal, reservation manager and Mr. Furkan, reception supervisor. Their sincere and professional service makes my stay a wonderful one. Definitely i will repeat my visit to this hotel and strongly recommend it to my friends and colleagues."

"Excellent Hotel I have had the pleasure of staying here in September. The pool was absolutely amazing with cleanest water. The breakfast was very much like a 5* hotel. The manager has helped me even order food from popeyes. The staff was very warm. Location is very close to the airport and centre. I stayed in the bungalow which is highly recommended. As there were free rooms. He upgraded it without fee. Hersey icin tesekkurler :) Evrim"

"It is not clear whether the breakfast is a disgrace or not, I asked for food from the room service at 22:00 in the evening. They said that the kitchen is closed, there is no room service, I got the answer that there is a big chef outside. The staff of the hotel is extremely rude and arrogant. God help you if you accidentally come across the front office manager... Arab customers. They trust me so much that I said I would never stay at this hotel again, and their answer was, "Look behind you." What I saw was Arab guests. What a pity. By the way, even though I told them to change the TV menu to Arabic, they didn't care."
