"Although the reception staff at Zao no Mori Club didn't understand much English, they were sincere and polite and it wasn't difficult to communicate with them. The hotel is located in the mountains with a very quiet and beautiful environment. However, after taking a bus from Sendai Station to Togatta Onsen Station, there were no taxis in the town because it was a small town and it was Saturday. Later, a Japanese man with a ram led the way. He led a group of 8 of us and pushed the luggage boxes across the mountain and walked for about 45 minutes to get to the hotel. If the hotel could rearrange a toll car to pick us up from Sendai Station, we would definitely be happy to visit again."

"Zhuquanzhuang is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is built in the mountains and forests, with an elegant, warm and comfortable environment. The hotel service is comprehensive and in place. When we arrived, they sent a car to greet us. Not to mention the hotel's kaiseki dinner and breakfast, it is definitely a five-star hotel. The private hot springs are also charming in the drizzle, and the hotel service also sent umbrellas thoughtfully. If I wasn't in a hurry, I really want to stay in Zhuquanzhuang for a few days!"

"I've stayed here before and the service, hot springs, and food were all excellent, so I'm back for a repeat stay. I was once again very satisfied with my stay. In addition to the usual free drinks, the pre-meal sours and soda plum cocktails were also great. The sashimi and steak were particularly delicious. "The bathtub was moldy, and the price wasn't low compared to other hotels in the area. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. The staff were friendly but didn't resolve the issues. I stayed two days in total, with one day in between, and they lied to me saying there were no rooms available. They were just trying to save on cleaning fees. I guess there aren't many Chinese people here. It's definitely not as good as some other hotels nearby, which are cheaper and have better views. This hotel is more suitable for taking photos. The furnishings are okay, but everything else is just so-so."

"I can’t say enough good things about this ryokan. From the minute you pull into the parking lot, till the minute you drive away you are given excellent service. The ryokan is quiet and serene, you barely see anyone and all of the bathes were available each time we wanted to go to one. The acorn cottage was one of my favorites spaces to relax and enjoy the serenity and calmness that this beautiful ryokan offers."
