I have stayed at Atour several times. The decoration has its own style. There are many rooms. The rooms with Macao sea view balcony have good lighting, fast internet speed, comfortable bed, and you can take away the drinks in the small refrigerator. The coffee provided is drip coffee, and the chocolate at the front desk and the snack packs at the end are very considerate.

The room facilities are complete, the mattress is of suitable hardness, and the design is very good! The sleep is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many food nearby and it is not expensive. Convenient transportation, parking lot, complete facilities, but the bathroom of the house is on two steps, which is not very convenient for the elderly to check in. Also, the order includes breakfast, but there is only one breakfast for two days of stay. When I went to have breakfast the next morning, I was told that it was not made today. The front desk gave me two boxes of yogurt that were two months old, and a bag of bread full of steam. I didn't dare to eat it at all (I didn't want it). There were 7-8 cars parked in the hotel, and there should be more than 10 guests staying. The hotel is a chain brand hotel, please don't be too casual. Breakfast should be in accordance with regulations (porridge, steamed buns, eggs 🥚 side dishes). The most basic things should be guaranteed. Please improve.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel! The view of Macau from the room was breathtaking, and the lights were brilliant at night, which added a lot of romance to the stay. The service staff was also very warm and thoughtful, and every request was handled quickly and properly. The comfort level of the room was also impressive, clean and quiet, making people completely relaxed. This stay exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to friends who are planning to travel to Macau!

I really like the decoration of the hotel, both the lobby and the room are very MUJI style. Then, parking is very convenient; you don’t need to scan the code to find a waiter when entering or exiting. The laundry room on the top floor of the hotel is super nice and clean, with four washing machines and four dryers. Not many guests use the washing machines, and there is a jogging room next door where you can do some exercise. The only downside is that the toilet seat is too loud when you sit down and flush.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!
