"We received a room qere the cieling of the bath room was dripping into a bucket. We asked to change room . They brought us to a smaller room with a bad bed. We said we want to pay less because this is not what we booked. So then she found a bigger better room We accepted it. Sadly i didnt notice the sloping cieling and bumped my head.. Breakfast was good. They charge for parking on rhe grass"

"We come back! The very guest friendly hotel is very well located. We have been happy to watch driving on our balcony on the front floor to the sea bridge. Our Junior Suite was furnished with lovely details and invited to stay in the fresh air after long days. As a welcome gift as a member of the Oyster Club, we received a guide "Zing Love", which was very personally designed by the staff of the hotel, and a floor with sweet and salty sweets accompanied by a bottle of Crémont. The service was very premature. Only the filling of the minibar is improved, often we had to take care of the filling in the restaurant itself. Breakfast on the magnificent terrace left no wishes open - also vegan and vegetarian Home-made products in greater selection there was a lot of fun prepared us the small fresh spats. The food card at Nautica restaurant was versatile, the quality of the products used was high. The sauna area is not very large but sufficient, the indoor and outdoor pool were somewhat flat with a depth of 0.80 m to a maximum of 1.35 m. Very good and sustainable we found the towel arrangement for the SPA area, These were ready in the suite, could of course be exchanged as all towels, and were taken back with after the SPA visit. So the hotel "the towers" save towels in the SPA area and we look at them (Experience from other hotels). Overall we spent a wonderfully relaxed time in Zingst. At the fantastic stay the beach hotel has a great share, a warm thank you! Activities for photographers: The annual environmental photo festival "Horizone Zingst" at the end of May/beginning of June has excited us very much in its diversity."

"We were in Zingst to celebrate a birthday. The location of the hotel was ideal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Due to the design, the lobby is a large hall into which an attempt has been made to incorporate some charm. The wellness area is spacious and not overcrowded even at peak times."

"A very nice inn with an excellent breakfast, very cosy and nice rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Parkingspace is a bit narrow but manageable. Overall a very pleasant experience our week there - we enjoy coming back one day to spend some more time there on one of the next vacations."
