"Spacious and clean bedroom. Bed was comfortable and linen used are of good quality. Location is good. Near to most of the major tourist attractions with access to public transport and convenient shops within mins of walking from hotel. Breakfast spread served have good selection and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. There's a nice and cozy outdoor patio/ garden on ground floor that is designated for smokers. Liked the rooms having windows that allowed you to open up when you prefer to let fresh air for ventilation. The overall interior of the hotel looks new and pretty. Enjoyed my entire stay and would highly recommend it to others."

"It is a great hotel if you get used to do self check in. If you don’t familiar to self check in or those machines, it would take you some time. This hotel is connected to another pier hotel, if you do need help, you need to call them and walk a long way to its peer hotel (indoor) to get help. Fortunately, staffs are helpful. Hotel breakfast was great too an excellent location to ski area. Very closed to train station, great for family trip."

"Convenient location, just beside a petrol station that has a convenient store. Bus stop just beside as well. Cons: rude bartender and dirty towel (only realized there was some brown stains after using it during the night. Lazy to complain and ask for replacement since we are only staying for a night, so subsequently I used the hand towel instead.)"

"I booked for three nights and when I checked in, the hotel staff initially couldn't find our reservation. After some confirmation, we were able to check in smoothly. We were given a room on the second floor, but once inside, we found the mini-fridge was broken. So, I went downstairs and asked the front desk to switch our room. The new room was further inside. The fridge worked, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. Luckily, it wasn't too hot at night, so it was fine. I'd read reviews mentioning some guests had items stolen, so we didn't leave any valuables in the room and kept our suitcases locked. However, when the towels were replaced daily, I'm not sure if it's because we didn't leave the floor mats on the ground or what, but they were always taken away and not replaced (it's also possible the hotel doesn't provide them). The plastic bottles I intended to return were also taken (but that's quite normal, so it's fine). The area around the hotel does feel a bit desolate, possibly because it's behind a department store and next to a construction site. We could hear hammering from the construction site in the mornings. It's quite close to the train station and bus stops, but for the price we paid, I think it was significantly overpriced. The hotel staff offered us free luggage storage (they mentioned guests normally have to use lockers). In the afternoons, there's iced water and small cookies available on the first floor."

"At that time, there was only one person at the front desk of the hotel and needed to wait. The hotel's parking space is in the same building. This is more convenient to go out to the city center. However, the breakfast at this hotel is booked, regardless of the taste and excellent food."

"Facilities: Luxurious decoration, simple and elegant. Stayed in many music masters and celebrities from all walks of life. Convenient location is opposite the birthplace of Mozart. Breakfast is rich and elegant. Parking is to go to the public underground parking lot behind the parking lot, very close, and also gave the parking lot coupon."

"The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a fridge. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Salzburg Exhibition Centre, and a Billa supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is a bit limited; the underground garage is quite cramped with only one entrance/exit, so it's not recommended for new drivers or those with larger vehicles. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; you can ask them for Salzburg transport tickets."

"Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 12-day trip to France, Switzerland, Austria, and the Czech Republic, this was by far the best! The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were brand new, and it had a great view. The temperature was perfect, and most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent! It all started with the enthusiastic and helpful young lady at the front desk. She even shared the same birthday as me – I wish her all the best! If I ever get the chance, I'll definitely come back to this hotel!"

"I strongly suspect this place is a scam. For 850+ a night, you get a room with a curtain missing a hook, so you have to tie it up or wedge it in the window frame to keep it from gaping open. Looking up, I saw a smoke detector instead of a light fixture, which was dramatic enough. Even worse, the only actual light in the room was in the bathroom, so I had to leave the bathroom door open all the time just to get some light. Other than that, there was only a dim night light by the bed. And the story doesn't end there: the tissue box was empty after only 8 sheets. The mattress was unusually hot, and then I understood why they provided a desktop fan. The double room wasn't as big as it appeared in the pictures. Looking across at the Radisson, I strongly recommend comparing prices – there really isn't much of a difference."

"A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful. There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip. The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table. They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good. The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note.."
