"My stay at Shangri-La Baotou far exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, I received a call from the hotel arranging the room according to my preferences. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and meticulous, introducing the hotel's restaurants and fitness center. The room was clean and hygienic! I've had their shaomai before and it was good, but this time I was particularly impressed by the new mutton buns at breakfast – absolutely amazing! My family really enjoyed the freshly fried dough sticks. Overall, the entire check-in process was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb! It's only about a 15-minute drive from the highway exit! Finally, a special shout-out to Avila Wang."

"The hotel room is very spacious, clean, and hygienic. It's located right next to Wanda Plaza and very close to the subway, with an entrance just downstairs. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. It's super convenient to get to the East Station, only two subway stops away."

Facilities: I paid 5-star prices for a budget hotel room. Hygiene: The second stay's hygiene was not good at all. Environment: Its only redeeming quality is the decent location. Service: The concierge service was the best in the entire hotel—everything else was lacking. Basically, if you come to Hohhot and there are no other comparable options, you're just stuck staying here."

"Our first stop on our Inner Mongolia trip, and this hotel comes highly recommended! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and the night view was fantastic. The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, and the concierge were all exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Ryan at the front desk, who, seeing we had a child, upgraded our room for free! I also want to thank the hotel for helping me mail back a lost item!"

"The hotel's surroundings are very pleasant. There's a botanical garden right next door where the hostas were recently in full bloom, making it a lovely place for a walk if you have time. The room itself was quite spacious, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling window was excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very warm and helpful. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, requiring a bit of patience for the room to cool down."

The rooms are very soundproof and quiet, with complete facilities, a very comfortable environment, and soft bedding. "Specifically brought the kids here for Children's Day. The guesthouse environment is great, with a starry sky yurt and convenient parking. They even prepared snacks and drinks in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and very close to the volcano attractions. The hotel also provided discount vouchers for hot spring tickets. Dining is convenient, and breakfast is excellent, with kids' meals available. On weekend evenings, they even arranged a bonfire and fireworks."

"This hotel boasts a great location right by the Jiangjun Yashu subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Just south of the hotel, there's a residential area with plenty of dining options. A real highlight is the buffet restaurant on the 25th floor, especially during breakfast. You can enjoy delicious food while overlooking Hohhot and catching a glimpse of the Daqing Mountains – a treat for both your taste buds and your eyes!"

"The hotel's location is pretty good, about 2 kilometers from Wanda Plaza. The decor has a strong local flavor, with plenty of Mongolian horse and morin khuur (horse-head fiddle) elements. The room size was decent, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. The only drawback is the soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking, singing, and yelling in the neighboring rooms, one after another, all night long. It was like a constant show, from midnight until 5 AM. They certainly had a lot of energy! I didn't get a wink of sleep!"
