I would totally recommend this hotel as it is very convenient and close to many locations, there is a Haidilao on the same level and their receptionists were very responsive as my tv was malfunctioning but they fixed it quickly! You can order delivery as well! There’s also 4 washing machine and dryer as stated and they provide toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and hair net as well as conditioner, shampoo and body wash ! No worries if you didn’t bring adapter as well as they provide usb lighting socket, usb socket attached as a picture !! Overall, its has been a pleasant stay and if I ever come back to Hangzhou!! I will book this hotel again!

I have to give a shout-out to Shangri-La Yiwu! Evelyn's service was impeccable and consistently excellent. They even gave out zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival. It was also my birthday during my stay, and without me even mentioning it, the hotel discreetly sent up a high-quality birthday cake! I accidentally left something behind when I checked out, and the housekeeping staff called to confirm my address and mailed it to me.

The hotel room was spacious, bright, and airy. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which featured many local specialties. Overall, the hotel felt grand and luxurious. Its location is also excellent, just 300 meters from Metro Lines 4 and 7, making it very convenient for getting around. Outside the window, you can see the Qiantang River, with Qianjiang New City across the bank, offering beautiful scenery. A minor drawback: the air conditioning in the room was a bit too cold, and it wasn't easy to adjust it higher. As an elderly person, I'm sensitive to the cold, so I had to turn it off.

When I visited Huzhou before, my Huzhou friends proudly told me that the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort was the city's calling card and its pride. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay there then, but I decided I had to experience it someday. This time, taking advantage of my trip back to China, my spouse and I finally fulfilled that wish. The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort exceeded our expectations in every way! What particularly impressed us were the dazzling 'Ring of Light' show, the multi-themed outdoor natural hot springs, and the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. Of course, the luxurious and comfortable room, its impeccable cleanliness, and the polite and attentive service from the butler and staff also left us full of praise. As overseas Chinese from Japan, we can say that even in Japan, hotels of this caliber, with such excellent service, are not common. I will definitely recommend the 'Moon Hotel' to my Japanese friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the Moon Hotel for providing us with such a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Hotel near Wenzhou International Expo Center Zone,Wenzhou

I'll be writing a glowing review focusing on the ambiance, river-view rooms, thoughtful service, and facilities, highlighting the hotel's unique features, keeping it around 500 words, and using authentic, detailed language suitable for sharing. **Wenzhou Shangri-La Hotel: A Five-Star Plus Experience** My stay at the Wenzhou Shangri-La Hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It truly lives up to its reputation as Wenzhou's premier luxury hotel. Everything, from the environment and service to the facilities, was impeccable and utterly captivating. Strategically located in the riverside business district, the hotel offers a tranquil retreat while still being incredibly convenient for getting around. The moment you step into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its grandeur – a forty-meter high ceiling adorned with exquisite crystal chandeliers and stately columns that exude a high-end, luxurious feel. The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wenzhou!

The hotel's location is fantastic; a small gate leads directly to the boardwalk around South Lake and Haogu Pagoda, and it's about a kilometer's walk to Nanhu Tiandi. The hotel's public areas are grand, the gardens are beautiful, and the room size is decent. We stayed in a courtyard room with a small private yard. We tried both the buffet dinner and the Japanese restaurant, both of which were good. The pool is a bit small but still fun enough. It's a great choice for a family staycation with kids.

✨ Strongly Amway this treasure homestay! The overall design is simple and high-end, the public area is oversized, the billiard area, the children's ocean ball pool, the tea room are all available, adults and children can have fun. The room was clean and glowing, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathing pool was super atmospheric, and the fatigue of the day was instantly dissipated. The lawn and paths in the yard are very healing, the windows are green in the mountains and forests, and the air is fragrant with grass and trees. The boss service is super intimate, the details are full, the living is comfortable and at ease, I will choose here next time!

The room was very clean and well-equipped. We even got a room upgrade! My kid didn't want to leave. The shower had great water pressure. Every year, I spend a couple of days here, and I'm always stunned by the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the hotel lobby. Strolling through the courtyard, the lush greenery is a feast for the eyes. In the morning, the lotus and water lilies complement each other beautifully. On my way to Building 8 every time, I see a goose with two ducks, either resting, swimming, or walking, three different species of birds, yet they look like an inseparable family. The hotel's buffet breakfast is still rich and varied, and after our meal, we can sit and chat over tea – simply delightful. This time, I also tried the food at Ziwei Hall; I hadn't managed to dine there in previous years, and I feel like I missed out on a fortune. The room facilities and housekeeping service remain top-notch. The only slight regret is that Building 3, possibly newly renovated, still has a bit of a lingering smell. Thankfully, the hotel has done its best to eliminate the odor, which is at least a small comfort mentally.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The room wasn't very spacious but had all the necessary amenities. On our first morning, the breakfast selection was very limited because a large group of students on a spring outing had checked in, and the hotel didn't replenish the food in a timely manner, which was a poor experience. Things were better the second day. A nice touch is that the hotel offers late-night snacks in the lobby.

SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

GGuest User★★★★★ Exceptional Nature-Luxury Escape Giraffe Manor Hotel Huzhou Senior Travel Writer TripAdvisor Review Stayed: 21 June 2026 Giraffe Manor Hotel Huzhou is one of those rare destinations that transcends the definition of a hotel. It is not simply accommodation it is an immersive, carefully curated encounter between nature, wildlife, and refined hospitality. From arrival, the atmosphere is immediately calming. The resort is set within an extensive natural landscape of bamboo groves, lakes, landscaped gardens and forested walkways. The scale of the environment creates a genuine sense of escape, where the noise of the outside world fades and is replaced by birdsong, greenery, and open space. The design philosophy of the resort is clearly rooted in harmony with nature. Buildings are low profile and discreet, allowing the surrounding environment to remain the dominant visual experience. Natural materials, open sightlines and soft architectural tones create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. Our accommodation, the Deluxe Hideaway Room, was outstanding. Spacious, elegantly finished and exceptionally well maintained, it offered both comfort and privacy. The highlight was the view lush greenery directly outside the room, giving the impression of being fully immersed in a private forest retreat. It was quiet, restorative and perfectly suited for a relaxed escape. The signature experience breakfast with giraffes is genuinely unforgettable. Watching giraffes move gracefully into view while enjoying breakfast creates a moment that feels almost surreal. There is a calm, unhurried quality to the interaction between guests and animals that makes the experience feel natural rather than staged. It is rare to find a hospitality concept that delivers such emotional impact in such a subtle and respectful way. The breakfast offering itself was excellent. A generous and thoughtfully prepared selection of dishes ensured both variety and quality, with fresh ingredients and careful presentation. Dining here is not rushed; instead, it encourages guests to slow down and fully absorb the environment around them. Beyond the giraffe experience, the resort reveals itself as a full-scale nature and leisure destination. Walking routes, landscaped outdoor areas and wildlife encounters create a dynamic environment suitable for families, couples, and travellers seeking restorative time in nature. It is a place where exploration and relaxation coexist effortlessly. Service throughout the stay was consistently warm, attentive and professional. Staff demonstrated genuine hospitality, with a level of care that felt natural rather than rehearsed. Every interaction contributed to a strong sense of welcome and comfort. A special acknowledgment must be made to General Manager Wenjun Zhou. The level of cohesion and consistency across the entire property reflects clear leadership and vision. Under Mr Zhou’s guidance, the resort operates with a strong sense of identity and attention to detail. The seamless guest experience, well-maintained environment, and high service standards all point to a leadership approach that values both excellence and authenticity. What makes this property truly remarkable is not just its luxury, but its emotional resonance. It creates moments that feel meaningful—whether for families sharing breakfast with wildlife, or travellers reconnecting with nature in a peaceful setting. Giraffe Manor Hotel Huzhou is distinctive, well-executed, and genuinely memorable. It stands apart as one of the most unique nature-luxury hospitality experiences available in the region. With sincere appreciation to General Manager Wenjun Zhou and the entire team for delivering a stay defined by care, creativity, and consistency. A highly recommended experience for travellers seeking something truly different from conventional luxury hotels. Gary David Senior Travel Writer (TripAdvisor)

GGuest UserI guess I'm a loyal customer of this hotel in Xian Mountain, Qiandao Lake. I've been there twenty times, and every time I visit Qiandao Lake, I still choose this hotel. There's a unique sense of appropriateness here – they don't seem to be merely providing service, but rather 'taking care' of you, making you feel like entering the hotel truly marks the beginning of a vacation: free, comfortable, pleasant, and warm! I felt it the moment I arrived. The car had barely stopped at the entrance when the bellhop scurried over to open the car door, greeting us with a smiling 'Hello, welcome home.' After we checked in, a bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, introducing himself as he led us to the elevator: 'If you need anything these next few days, just call the concierge. My name is Henry.' He was a bright and efficient young man with a constant smile. Just hearing him say that, and seeing his smile, made you feel like he wasn't just completing a task, but genuinely inviting you to reach out, all to put your mind at ease! On the day we checked in, I casually asked if there were any good running routes nearby and what fun things there were to do. Henry actually took the time to draw me a map, explaining the hotel's layout, where I could run, where I could cycle, where I could hike, where I could pick bayberries, and where I could eat. He even reminded me, 'Before 6:30 AM, the boardwalk is less crowded. If you like photography, you can go and take pictures of the sunrise; it’s really beautiful.' The next morning, we indeed went to the lighthouse and the camphor tree forest. When we returned, dripping with sweat, we ran into him again in the lobby. He enthusiastically asked, 'Finished your run? The weather's great today, how was it?' – just like an old friend I'd known for ages. It feels wonderful to be remembered! Another time, our group of ten went to the hotel. In the evening, he led us to chase the sunset. We walked cheerfully along the path on Xian Mountain Peninsula. He walked in front, constantly describing the surrounding scenery and sharing stories of past guests, occasionally turning back to make sure everyone was still with us. In that moment, it didn't feel like staying in a hotel; it felt more like being shown around by a local old friend, listening to him share everything about the area… The hotel is now called InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort, and everything is still as beautiful and comfortable in that resort style. The moment you step into your hotel room and open the door, the entire Qiandao Lake unfolds before your eyes. You can't help but think: 'This is exactly what I wanted!' The mist and mountain breeze intertwine, a gentle drizzle, so comfortable you don't want to move. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I swapped my pillow for a buckwheat one, sleeping soundly until my alarm went off – which is quite rare in a hotel. The breakfast restaurant is also the most extensive among similar hotels, with a vast array of dishes prepared meticulously. There were six or seven kinds of green leafy vegetables for the salad alone, and a variety of dressings. There was also a young man making fresh squeezed juice, busy but with a good-natured smile on his face all morning long… So, what does staying in a hotel mean, you ask? Is it just staying for two nights, looking at the lake, and eating fish head? Actually, it's about enjoying the service the hotel provides, not just the 'hello, thank you, sorry' routine, but feeling that someone truly cares about your feelings, your needs, and your mood! InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort doesn't feel like staying in a hotel to me; it feels more like visiting a friend's home who truly understands you. You want to go back every now and then to see your old friend and everything you hold dear! The lake view is beautiful, but what makes me want to keep returning are those warm moments I remember… The lake views will stay in our photo albums and on our phones, but those people and those moments of being treated with kindness will always remain in my heart…

JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

GGuest UserEvery time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

GGuest UserAnji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation! The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something. The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing! A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time. 4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options. Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!
