S. AlsadoonOverall, my stay at EasyHotel was mixed.
The location is very good. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and a supermarket nearby. Although the hotel is a little far from the city centre, this was not a major issue because there are bus stops just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around.
The room was clean, which I appreciated, but it was also very small. However, I was very surprised when I requested housekeeping and was told that I was not eligible for complimentary room cleaning because I had booked only four nights. I was informed that guests must stay at least five nights to receive free housekeeping; otherwise, they have to pay an additional fee for their room to be cleaned. I do not remember seeing this policy when I made my booking, and I have never experienced this at any other hotel. In my experience, housekeeping has always been included in the room rate.
Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the customer service. I asked a member of staff for clean bed sheets, and he told me he would bring them to my room within five to ten minutes. I explained that I had had a long, tiring day and would appreciate receiving them as soon as possible because I wanted to go to sleep. However, the bed sheets were never delivered.
Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location and clean rooms, but the unexpected housekeeping policy, the small room size, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff made my stay less enjoyable.

Guest UserThe room key card was very unique. The Alice breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the lobby on the first floor had a nice ambiance. There's a museum right across from the hotel, and a bus stop next to it with service to Bicester Village, and apparently even to Blenheim Palace. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the train station.

Anonymous UserThe hotel room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was good. The breakfast selection and taste were both decent. It's been hot these past few days, but the room stayed cool, which I was happy about. I'll consider staying here again in the future.

I was completely satisfied with everything from check-in to check-out. I especially felt that everyone at the check-in desk enjoyed their work, as they were all smiling. Thank you!!!

Close to the station and Oxford University, walking attractions are all done. The breakfast is rich and affordable. The room is also very good, spacious and comfortable. The only two dissatisfaction: 1. The old house has no elevator, there is a suitcase to move upstairs, the stairs are particularly narrow. 2. The front desk has to press the credit card 💳. I was afraid of being stolen and wanted to press cash to be rejected. I couldn't stay without giving him a visa credit card message. I was deadlocked for a while. I used the elderly card to press the message and locked the card directly. I don't know why it is so rigid.

QianshuidehaitangduoduoThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations and was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to the UK. Although it's not in the city center, it's incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute bus ride on the number 6 from downtown directly to the hotel. It's a large resort, perfect for those traveling by car. The hotel itself is beautiful, allowing us to experience the scenic British countryside while exploring Oxford.

Guest UserWe have stayed here twice. The first time (2025) we were in the block which is separate to the main building- this was OK and the service was much better.
The latest time we stayed we were in the main building- its grotty. The carpet leading to the rooms was stained and the room itself although it looked clean, didn't 'feel clean'-the place could do with a refresh and new carpets.
We were unable to get food upon arrival as they stop serving at 9pm- we arrived a couloe of minutes before 9pm after a 4 hour drive, we were disappointe and we could see a couple eating in the bar area whose meals came out long after we had arrived- so really we could have ordered and been served. We ended up ordering an Uber eats meal.

JadesandhuGorgeous and super cool hotel with all the amenities.
Super comfy bed with top quality bedding, very clean, cool decor, great vibes.
Hot / cold water tap on every floor with tea and coffee in the rooms or complimentary Clipper teas in the reception area. GHD straighteners and Dyson hairdryer in every room. Very good power shower with good towels and toiletries provided.
Fantastic friendly service and quick check in (3pm) and check out (11am). The reception area is a lovely place to sit and play a board game (provided) or have a cocktail from the great menu. Bikes available to hire. Free parking available on site.
Brilliant American diner on site - a must visit. The eggs are 👌🏽
A short drive from the park and ride and about 20min drive to Oxford city centre.
