Overall, it was satisfactory. If only the staff were a bit friendlier – there were a lot of grumpy employees. Otherwise, it's consistent with Hampton's class. It's a shame they didn't have syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) and blini (crepes) for breakfast like they did in Moscow. A special thanks to the female manager; her communication in Russian was excellent and she was very friendly.

I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great with sea views. Facilities: All good, comes with a kettle, cups, bowls, and a clothes drying rack. Service: The only downside is that the service isn't up to par; couldn't find anyone and calls went unanswered.

The building is in a good location and has market and stores close to it. The dont have phones in the room so one night I went to the reception to ask for toilet paper because i had finished and they told me they dont have and it would be better if I go to the market to buy one or come next day morning to get one. We are talking about a huge brand with thousands of rooms and I cannot understand how is it possible they dont have toilet paper or why the people attending the reception can not handle small issue this property.

The hotel is located in the old town. The location is excellent!! The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee... The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!! When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔 There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.) In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

The room is small and the surrounding area is more complicated. This Wyndham feels average overall. And a bit far from the main attractions of Batumi. Low cost performance, not recommended. Trip.com It is said that there is a laundry service, but it is actually charged, not that kind of self-service.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

Отель не клиентоориентирован. С нами отказались говорить на русском русскоговорящий персонал , так в глаза и сказал один молодой человек « я не говорю по русски». В первый же день не смогли получить пляжные полотенца, их не было! Как так! На завтраках было ощущение, что персонал либо не справляется, либо не хочет этого делать. Столы не сервированы, элементарно не было салфеток, соли. Не хватало стаканов для воды и сока и чистых приборов. При этом персонала было много. Но они не справлялись. Не уютно, не чисто, и не старательно для гостей. Номера чистые, но в них нет ни телефона, ни меню ресторана для заказа еды. Все как- то непродуманно. Сделали красивые номера , но на гостей плевать. Пляж считается приватным, но рядом поле, приезжают на машинах, останавливаются купаться и свободно могут посетить это так называемый « приватный пляж». Расположение вдали от инфраструктуры. Рядом стройка( приостановлена, словно продают соседние здания) Территория не уютная.

The place is great as well as the environment. Please note that in winter you will need special transportation to get to the hotel. There was too much chlorine in the pool.

I arrived in Batumi on the 17:05 train from Tbilisi. It was a little after the check-in time of 23:00, but they were able to accommodate me. The entrance was hard to find, and you couldn't enter the building door without being given a number, so first enter through the backyard entrance on the left. You can enter through the door with the word Reception written on it. It was nice that shoes were not allowed inside the building. (I wore the sandals I brought with me.) The bed was spacious and clean. When I was in the building, the shower on the left side didn't have hot water continuously, so please be careful. There didn't seem to be any shampoos. There is a hair dryer. There is a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight. The manager was also kind and nice! The location is also good, as there are tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance.
