Since 2017, the Swiss-Belinn Luwuk is the place we always stay whenever we are in Luwuk.
We are always welcomed very pleasantly every time we come back.. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. From the receptionist Yunia, to Rini, Sherley, Rheza and specially ELL who are always smiling and attentive, in the restaurant at the buffet breakfast (which is plentiful and has good variety)
The only downside was some of the food quality from the ”a la carte menu” in the restaurant in the evening and how long it took to produce the food.
For example it took 40 minutes to an hour to make Nasi Goreng. I also ordered a whole fish on two occasions and it almost inedible.
The rooms are still well appointed. With comfortable beds and good bathrooms.
Overall, if I am visiting Luwuk I will continue to stay at the Swissbel.
The room is good, only the parking is a little bit difficult to park since it was too small. Located on the city centre so no worries about finding restaurant and so on
For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu.
However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast.
There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there.
When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast.
Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions.
Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals.
Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali.
Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself.
In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism.
It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country.
Disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, recently found a cockroach in the room. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. And today the breakfast service was also disappointing because the restaurant staff did not allow take away food even though the breakfast quota was for 2 people and only one was used. Please pay more attention to the breakfast service for customers who are staying. Thank you.
their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
also the room is clean
I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious
they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them.
keep up the good work

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

Beautiful panoramic location of lake Poso.
Good Asian breakfast with rice, noodles, meat, fish, vegetables, tofu, fruit and even white bread with jam.
