DanniugegeFacilities: Comprehensive, includes a fridge, table and chairs, and a large bed.
Hygiene: Good, the cleaner is very helpful and comes daily to empty the rubbish.
Environment: Staying on a high floor, it's quite quiet.
Service: All hotel staff have good service attitudes.
I frequently visit Hong Kong and always stay at this hotel. Although it's not large, it's clean and well-equipped with amenities, including disposable toiletries and drinking water. The main advantage is its proximity to Causeway Bay, making travel and shopping convenient. This time, Trip.com even included breakfast, which I was happy with.

Guest UserA rare find in Hong Kong, a triple room that was perfect for three adults and one child. The two single beds pushed together worked out great. The hotel overlooks the racecourse, but unfortunately there wasn't a race on during our stay. The shuttle bus to Causeway Bay MTR is super convenient, running every 30 minutes. We even got a gift upon check-in! I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Unplugged Across TownOur second visit here... If your check-in is delayed (mine was by an hour), stay calm—staff are attentive, but sometimes busy. Light still creeps in through the blinds, so bring a sleep mask if you need total darkness (staff suggested, though personally an uncomfortable option for me). Housekeeping is helpful, but if you're not happy with your room (like I wasn't), push for a change at reception. It may take patience and persistence, but the second room was way better, though be sure to check cleanliness—my new toilet still had some stray hairs.
Cooking facilities on every floor—shop locally, eat cheaply! Quick access to nearby stores and local eateries. Self-service laundry for longer stays. Cozy common area to relax and mingle.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. Taking the A21 bus from the airport drops you right at the hotel entrance. We stayed for four nights and were upgraded to a larger room. The cleanliness was impeccable. The only downside was that the air conditioning was too cold; we had to turn it off every night to sleep, but it never got hot.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is very close to Wanchai MTR station. After taking the cross-border bus directly to Wanchai MTR station, it's just a few minutes' walk away. Dining and shopping options nearby are very convenient. The room is spacious, making it a great value-for-money hotel. I was happy to get an upgraded room upon check-in. They provide two complimentary cans of drinking water, but remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers as they are not provided. You can store your luggage after checking out.

Guest UserThe room facilities were a bit old, but the size wasn't small, and it was enough for three people. Plus, there was a free shuttle bus to the MTR station the next day. Although they didn't provide free drinking water, the purified water from the vending machine downstairs was only 3 HKD, which is already considered a good deal for water in Hong Kong. Overall, a positive experience!

Overall, the hotel is pretty good and offers good value for money. The subway station is right next door, making it very convenient to get to the city center and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. There are also several large shopping malls, markets, and supermarkets nearby, so shopping is a breeze. The hotel breakfast is mainly Western, sufficient to fill you up, but not very varied. A major inconvenience was the lack of complimentary bottled water. We had to go downstairs to buy our own, and the water from the vending machine downstairs wasn't cheap either – 2 bottles for 20 yuan. If it's for environmental reasons, they could at least provide water dispensers for guests to refill their reusable bottles. This really made the hotel feel inconvenient and less guest-friendly, which was quite uncomfortable.

Jerry8689If you're visiting Lantau Island, Mui Wo, or Silvermine Bay, I highly recommend this hotel. I came here after a day at Disneyland, and it took about 80 minutes to get here (the MTR is fast, but waiting for the bus at night can be tricky).
First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, with its eastern side facing the sea. From a sea view room, you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise, enjoying the sun and beach. Silvermine Bay Beach is right outside, and Lantau Island is behind you, offering BBQ, fishing, and various water activities – you can play however you like! It's a 10-minute walk to Mui Wo Pier, where a 30-40 minute ferry ride takes you directly to Central and the Observation Wheel, essentially like taking the Star Ferry for a tour of Victoria Harbour.
Secondly, the price is very friendly. Just make sure to book a room type that includes tax and breakfast. The value for money is clearly far superior to those crowded, noisy hotels with small beds and no breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. And yes, the breakfast is quite good too.
The only slight drawback is the charging situation. There are USB ports, but they can be unstable. However, even though there isn't an adapter, there's a vending machine that sells them.
Special tip: Remember to bring a deposit (or a credit card for pre-authorization).

寶寶愛吃喝玩樂Excellent service! 👍
Due to the typhoon that day, we were supposed to check out at 12:00 PM.
However, the Typhoon Signal No. 8 wasn't lowered until 12:44 PM.
The hotel helped us extend our check-out time to 2:00 PM.
This is already our third stay here.
We really love this hotel.
Wishing the hotel great success in business!

Guest UserThe view is actually quite good, and transportation is convenient. From Tsing Yi Station, take minibus 88F to Rambler Crest, and it's just a short walk.
Taking the hotel elevator to the 1st floor brings you to Rambler Crest Shopping Arcade, which has Cafe de Coral, 7-Eleven, and ParknShop, so it's convenient for shopping too.
