It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

Excellent hotel. Brilliant rooms, very elegant feel with deep and plush beds and bathroom linen. Very good service at the front desk as well.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

Location is good, but the hotel is getting old. The furniture, floor, etc. are all relatively worn out. Bed is uncomfortably hard. Fitness room relatively small, but everything you need is of good quality. Pool is good, on the sunny side, but the loungers are full of stains, not particularly pleasant. Other hotels in Pune are in much better condition. Breakfast is good. Eat good. Staff of course extremely friendly! People are just great in Pune. Unfortunately we got the same room opposite the elevators for the second time. Very noisy until late at night. Probably not going to this hotel again.

Will overall rate it as excellent stay but the breakfast didn’t taste great, dishes are less salty In my opinion which can be improved .

Aurangabad Airport is 900m away, less than 5 minutes by taxi. (As an aside, I managed to bargain down to 100 pesos, but they will happily ask for 500 or 1000, so make sure to negotiate a reasonable price). The hotel was of high quality and I was satisfied with everything, including the location, facilities, service, staff, and breakfast. However, there was an event hall next door, and they played high-pitched music from Sunday evening, and the sound hit the hotel building like a wave gun, making it impossible to relax. Therefore, I moved to a room on the other side. I was very satisfied with the hotel itself, but moving rooms due to external factors was stressful. If you are concerned about noise when staying there, be careful of the building location of your room. The restaurant had so much variety and was so delicious that I couldn't finish it all.

Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay.  Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.  Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better.

Great room and great location...but the service was bit slow and the in room menu prices and quality I'd inversely proportionate.

The breakfast was good, but the facilities at the hotel were really too old, the buildings of the 1970s and 1980s.
