I like the ideal that it's a relaxing place, the staff is cool on registering you in for extended staying, the service ask if you would like more accessories for your studio apartment room, the parking is cleans and nice with no disruption from the other guests, I like that I have a refrigerator in the place and the bathroom is very nice, Extended Stay America Suites is nice for getting yourself together and no one is rude to me and Yvonne my partner

The hotel is very good, one room and one living room with kitchen and dishwasher. Better than the hotel

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

The hotel location near beach-side and offers easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable for the price. Staff were generally polite but you have to ask for helpful when needed. Some facilities and furnishings could use updating, and the overall experience was satisfactory rather than exceptional. Overall, it was an acceptable stay and met basic expectations.

The front desk people is not friendly at all, but the locations is not bad, no matter you are doing stuff in NYC or NJ.

OK, business trips can live, the environment is general, breakfast is general, there is not much choice for breakfast, the taste is general, the price is good. Suitable for business trips, it is general

I found this hotel near Newark Airport last minute due to a flight change. They offer a shuttle service every half hour, and it's all about value for money and convenience. The hotel is about a fifteen-minute walk to a European immigrant neighborhood with many restaurants, including a BBQ joint that serves huge portions. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it prioritizes good value and convenience, especially for an airport hotel.

This airport hotel is very large, with a pleasant, clean, and safe environment. The rooms are decent, typical Marriott standard. My room came with executive lounge access, so I asked the front desk what time the executive lounge service ended. They told me 5 PM to 11 PM. However, when we arrived at 7:30 PM, the catering service had already finished, and there were only some packaged snacks and water left. The hotel is huge, and the shuttle bus runs 24/7 every 15 minutes, which is very convenient.

A good, reliable stay. Some things to note: - No safe in-suite, upon inquiry I was told that the entire hotel does not have safes - There is a dedicated complimentary shuttle bus to and from Newark (dropoff at P4 airtrain station, need to take airtrain after to get to gates). Super useful and necessary given the location. - Clean, comfy suite - Bring earplugs if sensitive to noise, planes go by - Service is a hit or miss. Very friendly employees generally but I did experience rude service over the suite phone once. Overall a pleasant stay!
