I had a pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location is convenient for visiting the Taj Mahal and other attractions in Agra. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect the rich Mughal heritage. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

Overall experience was average. Food was ok, the upkeep of hotel interiors, lobby areas was not up to the mark. Looks like old property requiring renovation & regular cleaning.

This was by far the best hotel I've found in India, especially for the price – I was absolutely thrilled! It felt like a palace. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were wonderful and spoke English. There's a rooftop pool where I even managed to sunbathe. There's also a restaurant up there; the food seemed good, though I only ate once. The location is superb; it's about a 15-minute walk to the Taj Mahal ***** a pleasant, clean road. There are many beautiful hotels and restaurants nearby, and the whole area is surprisingly clean and well-organized. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, plus nice creams, shampoos, etc. – showering was a real pleasure. The towels and bedding were clean. The breakfast was Indian, but you could find things like eggs, toast, and fruit. I was also able to exchange money at reception. This hotel was a perfect oasis for both my body and soul between travels. I wholeheartedly recommend it; you won't regret it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! This hotel offers reliable service, but I was quite concerned about the number of flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant during meals. While the front desk staff were fine, I couldn't understand a word the waiter said due to his very strong accent. He then gave me a look of annoyance, as if it was my fault for not understanding, which was quite rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Japanese travelers.

The pool and rooms were spotless! My shirt button had come off, and when I asked if they could fix it, Amit and Samegena promptly repaired it for free. They were incredibly kind. If you're ever in Agra, you should definitely consider staying here. You can get a good room at a reasonable price. If you receive good service, consider buying some souvenirs from them. I think it took about 20 minutes to walk to the Taj Mahal.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Room was not clean and thus we had to ask them for cleaning the room. One thing was literally bad at the time of checkout we asked them to give a glass of water or one bottle at least. They didn’t served us. This is hospitality. It’s kinda average.
