The front desk of the hotel is very considerate. Although it is an express hotel, it is very clean and new. It feels like a little decoration.
The breakfast is also simple and not rich, but it is delicious and nutritious.

The view of the room is very incredible, beautiful mountain with the snow
But one big obstacle point is if you are solo traveler like me when you need to go to some where you need to walk a lot to the bus station and train station
For other things, staff is good, food is good, good place to stay
Because of skiing, I lived in this small city. The hotel is average, the room is not big, the breakfast is not good, the opposite building is being renovated, and the noise of throwing garbage is very early. The only desirable thing is that the window is facing the castle.
The hotel Xinyi has a very good environment and first-class facilities, but the old wing is relatively old. The food in the restaurant is first-class, but because there may be a wedding party on that day, it is still very noisy at 2 o'clock in the morning. There is no air-conditioning but the air is fresh, so I don't think it is very Hot, would still stay if choose to go to this place

The hotel is on the border between Austria and Switzerland, close to the Alps, and the environment is very good. Booked a 3-person room, the hotel gave a two-bedroom room, the room was large, very clean, and equipped with kitchen utensils. I ordered two Western dishes of grilled salmon and roast beef in the hotel's western restaurant. The taste is very nice and give a good review!
Location in the middle of Lienz, a step to the old town. Beautifully located next to the river.
Great wellness area with indoor and outdoor pool, gym and various saunas... rooms somewhat dust, but just Grandhotel style...
The room was spacious, boasting a pleasant mountain view. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As we stayed for two nights, we received a complimentary public transport pass. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from St. Anna's Column and the main shopping street. However, the 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel wasn't great, and we found the price a bit steep.

AAnonymous UserLove this hotel. Perfect location to prime attractions and well connected by buses to everywhere. Bus 540 goes straight to Kletterzentrum and to haupbahnhof in other direction. Sightseer bus stop and train to nordkette are right in front ad well. Eurospar supermarket next to it gives us everything we needed
GGuest UserWhen systems replace people
Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel.
The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space.
What failed completely during my stay was human communication.
A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced.
Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person.
At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant.
Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being.
The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians).
The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.”
What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset:
rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding.
This hotel does not have a problem with facilities.
It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them.
I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects:
How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level?
With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent.
Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.
LLINIn the past, skiing was very good and the ski area was very close. The hotel staff is also very kind, the only bad thing is to go this time, the restaurant only opened an Asian restaurant, the choice is relatively small
JJohn Vincent (JV)*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.*
I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so.
Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background.
The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling.
Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast.
Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time.
Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.
CChoon leongTravel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The 12th-floor terrace offers fantastic views. My room had large windows, perfect for enjoying daily mountain and sun views. Breakfast was also good and quite filling.
GGuest UserFor the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries? We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it in good conscience.
KkoratakiLovely stay in the heart of Innsbruck
I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of Innsbruck. The location was perfect — close to the old town, shops, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very calm. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning — a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Innsbruck!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself was luxurious, with beautifully designed interiors and a high-end feel. The location was average—not too far, but not very convenient either.
Service was a bit mixed. One staff member wasn’t very welcoming, which left a poor first impression. However, another staff member was fantastic and went out of their way to help us book a taxi when we were running late for our train trip—truly a lifesaver!
The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options that added to the overall experience. Despite some minor hiccups, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
NNinaInitially, I couldn't find my reservation. After a while, I realized someone had checked in beforehand. It was hilarious. There was no explanation, just a simple ”sorry.” 🤣 The hotel has a good location, and everything else is just okay. One thing I particularly want to point out is that there's no place to put my toiletries on the bathroom sink. And since it's an old house, the bathroom lighting is also poor. Those are really inconvenient. If you're driving, you don't necessarily have to stay there. A slightly more secluded, better-looking place would be better.
