Environment: I booked a deluxe room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded to a luxury room in Building 5. It's a three-story building with no elevator. It's right next to the north gate, which is very convenient for coming and going. However, our window faced the back kitchen of Zhiyu Building. At night, we constantly heard the roaring of equipment and the noise of kitchen staff pulling carts, which somewhat affected our sleep. The hotel's location is excellent. To the southwest is Shaoxing Tiandi, to the northwest you can reach Ying'en Gate and the Yellow Wine Museum, and walking straight east will take you to Cangqiao Old Street and Lu Xun's Former Residence. Most of the famous attractions are within walking distance, which is very convenient! Parking: Both hotel guests and diners get free parking. The front desk in the lobby has a free parking QR code; just scan and register before exiting. You can enter and exit the parking lot through the north gate. There's also a parking lot to the left of the lobby and an underground garage opposite the lobby, so there should be plenty of spaces. Hygiene: The luxury room didn't have a bathtub, but the shower facility had a multi-point full-body spray, which was quite unique. However, the waterproofing in the shower wasn't great; after showering, there was water all over the floor outside the shower stall. Facilities: The toilet had a smart bidet seat, but it seemed a bit old. When you sat down and prepared to use it, the flushing sound was very loud. The TV was also an older model, lacking screen mirroring and internet features. Service: All the staff were very enthusiastic. When walking with large bags, staff members would proactively ask if we needed a shuttle.

Finally got to stay at Huzhou's iconic 'Moon Hotel' and I was absolutely blown away! Built right by the lake with a unique design, it lights up at night like a moonlight ring – every photo you take here is postcard-perfect. The rooms have huge balconies, letting you watch the sunrise and sunset over Taihu Lake right from your bed; the ambiance is just incredible. Facilities are comprehensive, and hygiene is top-notch. The hot spring pool is wonderfully relaxing, and there are plenty of dining options with consistently good food. The staff are gentle and always helpful, making the entire stay pleasant and rejuvenating. It's perfect for both couples and families, definitely worth another visit!

The room was very clean, and the service was great. The hotel's location is also super convenient. To the left is Intime, and to the right is Qinghefang. Traveling with friends, it was easy to get anywhere nearby. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel offered a day trip to nearby attractions, which was excellent! We visited West Lake, Lingyin Temple, the First God of Wealth Temple, a tea plantation, and Qinghefang. Hangzhou East Railway Station is also very close, so we even squeezed in a quick trip to Shanghai.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The TV had a lot of very interesting shows including English language movies and movies with subtitles. The bar in the lobby is also very nice, the bartender makes very good MaiTais. Definitely recommend!

Right outside Terminal 4, just a few minutes' walk, and there's a convenience store right next door – super handy. The hotel's overall environment is also really good, perfect for layovers or catching an early flight. Check-in at the front desk was very quick.

The developer manages the property meticulously, preserving the original charm of the old buildings beautifully. The guesthouses are uniformly run and fully equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly deserves praise is the restroom: luxurious and impeccably clean, not only offering hot water for handwashing but also thoughtfully providing hand lotion. The attention to detail is truly impressive.

Facilities: Well-equipped with complete amenities. Everything is functional. Cleanliness: Spotless, recently improved. Environment: Comfortable, with cozy beds. Service: Extremely satisfied with the service attitude, I really liked it. Great, great. Convenient for getting around, easy and quick access to transportation, and very accessible. Fast, convenient, and easy to get to places.

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

I originally planned to book a Marriott or Hilton, but switched to Nanhu Hotel instead. It turns out that was a very wise decision. The hotel's location is superb, perfect for a run or a stroll. You really can't beat it. The design is also very nice; the rooms have a beautiful, spacious Chinese style. The air conditioning heats up incredibly fast, and the view of the pagoda outside is lovely. Someone pouring coffee at breakfast was a nice touch, showing they're moving towards international 5-star standards. However, the lamb noodles, which everyone raves about for breakfast, were just average for me personally. Also, I really liked the red boat-themed ceramic cups in the room and bought some from the hotel. The front desk helped me inquire, and two staff members from housekeeping went back and forth several times during the process – I really appreciate your trouble, thank you 🙏🏻. If I had to point out areas for improvement, the dinner at the hotel was good value and the taste was decent, but the service was a bit slow. The air conditioning made a slight noise at night, and there was a faint renovation smell in the room. But for people who aren't sensitive to these things, it should be fine.

Fantastic location, super convenient for getting around. The room was spotless, no weird smells, and the bedding was so comfy I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and it's incredible value for money! The smart temperature control throughout the room was a really thoughtful touch. The bathroom amenities were high quality, and the breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. My whole stay was excellent, I'll definitely be back~ Overall, a great experience. The room was spacious and well-lit, the housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning, and there are plenty of facilities nearby.
