PPentVGOur opening in Georgia. Two times on May holidays. Live in different rooms. Two-room room with mountain view impressed especially. Rarely write positive reviews but it is one of the best hotel parks I have visited. The only minus is part of young staff, especially guys from the checkpoint at the entrance (in addition to bad manners, very weak English and lack of knowledge of Russian).

AActivecareDuring dinner, I asked for a bottle of water, but it took more than 10 minutes for it to be brought to the table. To make matters worse, a staff member accidentally took away the fork I was using while I was still eating. As a result, I was unable to continue my meal for several minutes because I had no fork.
To their credit, the staff member realized the mistake and brought me a complimentary cake, and the manager later offered me a glass of wine as an apology. At first, I even wondered whether I was being treated differently, but I chose to assume it was simply an unfortunate mistake and moved on.
That said, considering the quality and price level of the hotel facilities, the restaurant service was noticeably below the standard I experienced at other hotels. I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests.

EEkaterina ZagvazdinaOh... this is the most amazing hotel in recent years. Travel and change hotels often. I love shower places. I was struck by the neat repair with attention to detail, everything super neatly, in the room a stunning solution with textile and a bunch of windows around the circle. It looks incrediblely stylish. Very green yard , you can have dinner in a restaurant and there just huge portions and incredible prices.
+ was super pleasant service.
Breakfast is neat and pleasant fresh .
We took an economic room, there was very little room in the bathroom, the leak in the shower is not an eye , but all these shortcomings didn't even want to see, all the rest overlaid with the lichwa. Next time we just take the room more.
On the photo the hotel is worse than it is actually! It is boutique!!!!!!!!! And the style is not instagram-cold, but a pleasant cosy.
We are just with her husband in delight!!!!!!! He even on Google cards he marked himself to remember him.
I love hotels and carefully select them, but to be so pleased ..... For a long time, very long ago, have not experienced such joy, more than a year, in travels on 3-4 month in the year

MmndeFamily trip! The swimming pool(inside and outside )is amazing, and the kids had a great time! All facilities are kept clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
However, The lift is being fixed during our stay, so climbing the stairs was quite tiring. If you have any health issues or have heavy luggages, check in advance whether the elevator has been fixed. (Hotel staff will help you to move your luggages if you need) Also, the Wi-Fi signal was weak on the fourth floor. Everything else was excellent.

AAgil AsgarovThe hotel was clean and fresh, with a quite large rooms that had balcony and common terrace with breathtaking view. The kitchen is also available 7/24 with free tea and coffee. The staff are people with golden heart, very very kind and and they helped a lot with the transport. Their dog was such a playful cutie pie. Recommending this hotel to everyone wanting to a relaxed stay at an awesome place.

XXikajintiandiudongxilemaThe room was beautiful, overlooking a small estate. All the in-room amenities were complete. The remote control's batteries were dead, and the TV's welcome video kept playing non-stop when we entered the room. We had to call the front desk to get replacement batteries for the remote. The lady at the front desk was quite unhelpful. We arrived in the afternoon and couldn't book any wine tours or tastings, and the front desk couldn't offer any useful assistance. In the end, we went to the nearby Shumi Winery, where we could walk in for a guided tour and tasting, which was a much better experience.

GGuest UserThe small Vino hotel, hidden in the countryside of Tarawi, is a three-story building with 5 rooms.
The first floor is a western restaurant and bar, the second floor has 3 rooms, the third floor has 2 rooms. There is no elevator in the whole building, all of which are up and down by stairs. The family room on the third floor is a chic spiral staircase. It will be more difficult to carry large luggage.
Because in the countryside, there will be cockroaches, remember to close the doors and windows.
Due to the bar on the first floor, the regular bath temperature is about 40– 45℃, but the water temperature on the day we check out was over 45℃. In winter, we must pay attention to taking children to take a bath to avoid not being very hot.
The biggest surprise of the whole hotel is the restaurant on the first floor. The environment is the best within 100 meters. The taste of the meal is online. I specially took a video record!
