Excellent value hotel. Very quiet location and hotel. No bar OR restaurant on the premises. Incredible shower (the shower head is enormous!) Huge TV and Free WiFi. Supermarket is right next door along with a chemist. Stayed for a week. Great hotel if your planning to be out all day sightseeing in the near by areas or visiting the beach. I was room only so didn’t experience the continental breakfast. Great beach to visit in Sao Martinho do Porto (about a 18 minute drive from this hotel)

I hadn't been to Peniche before. Decided to stay at the Star Inn and really glad that I did. Very helpful staff and location is right next to a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was really good as was the buffet dinner which was reasonably priced with a wide choice of food available. There's also an excellent Surf School and equipment rentals - Special Surf 78 located in the hotel lobby. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Peniche. It's a very nice hotel for a family stay and for solo travellers. I'd definitely recommend it!

For a 3-star rating, it meets expectations overall. A strong point is the breakfast hours (6:30 am - 12 pm), which is convenient for those who start work early. The service was friendly and professional. A weak point: the cleanliness of the rooms (they weren't vacuumed daily) and the preparation of the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Located next to the famous Alcobasa monastery, the hotel is an annex building of the monastery, built in the 17th century and transformed into a hotel in 2022. So the interior is extremely spacious, both in the lobby and in the corridor. The rooms are transformed from the rooms of the past monks. The breakfast was colorful, but unfortunately I booked one night and I will stay for a few more days next time. The mattress is a bit hard and feels uncomfortable.

Выбрали отель из-за расположения - для однодневных поездок в Синтру, мыс Рока, Обидуш, Алкобасу и Баталью. Особых требований не было, использовали только как место ночевки. До центра городка можно дойти пешком за 10 минут. Через дорогу тихий и спокойный парк. В соседнем здании торговый центр с супермаркетом. Есть платная подземная парковка (одна для ТЦ и для отеля), мы парковались на уличной за ТЦ бесплатно.  Из минусов - после сильного дождя в один из дней на 3 этаже сильно пахло канализацией, на ресепшене объяснили что это особенность из-за старой канализации. Благо запаха в номере почти не было - только в коридоре. Завтрак стандартный, без изысков.  

Very friendly and welcoming reception. We had the privilege of staying in a suite, an upgrade offered by the hotel because we were there for the first time, because they had a suite available and they wanted to offer an upgrade to our reservation. We were very pleased with the way they welcomed us. I advise and recommend.

Very nice little hotel on the outskirts of Obidos. 12 minutes to the center at a leisurely pace. The rooms are a bit dated, but quite acceptable for one night. The hotel has a very interesting interior. There is a cozy courtyard with a view of the countryside (in the mornings you can hear roosters in the distance). Good breakfast, but nothing fancy. Right opposite the hotel you can see an ancient aqueduct.

Superbe hôtel, calme et accueillant. Avons passé 8 jours et sincèrement on a été comme des coqs en pâte. Le personnel est très attentif et prévenant. Les chambres suffisamment grandes, propres et confortables avec une superbe vue sur la mer et Nazaré, et une literie au top. Les serveurs et serveuses lors des repas sont à nos petits soins. J'ai une pensée pour notre maître d'hôtel Luis, qui nous a choyés tous les soirs au restaurant. Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir.

The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The rooms are pleasant, beautiful, and spacious. The breakfast is good. The parking is outdoors but next to the hotel. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the entire city.

This is a very fresh new hotel. In the slightly old environment of the old European city, the clean white and simple architectural lines give people a refreshing feeling. The room is not big, but the space and facilities required for one night are enough. It is only 7 minutes away from the beach. The service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with a rich variety, especially the simple desserts are impressive, which is rarely seen in three-star hotels.
