Excellent beautiful hotel with a very good reasonable prices. I booked 2 rooms for five days. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel ..the area is modern with everything you need around you from shops to restaurants to coffees.

It’s a good hotel and it’s clean Except the toilet need to be fixed And it’s a busy hotel And the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Haram it’s always full

I stayed there in the same year it opened, 2023, and honestly, I was blown away by the hotel's luxury, location, the service of the staff, the overall tranquility, and the wonderful rooms. Even the food was excellent; I consider it the best I've had so far. Even if you don't stay there, I highly recommend trying Patras Restaurant. Since it was my first stay in the hotel in 2023 and I was so impressed, I went back and booked a room for my friend to try it, and I will definitely visit and stay there

The hotel is very good. Clean. Good staff. Easy check out. Complete amenities only the location not really strategic compared my previous hotel. But overall i love this hotel snd the price is affordable.. thanks

Had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Makkah. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of Masjid Al-Haram. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the room was spacious with excellent housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Great view! We booked a room overlooking the Kaaba. It was clean and the location is strategic, right at the Clock Tower. There's a prayer room on the 9th floor for men and 10th for women. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, and room service is excellent. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall an excellent stay especially how close it is to Masjid Al Haram. Very convenient. Food options within the premise as well as the next door mall. Room was spacious and very clean. View was spectacular and best part is the speakers had adhan!
