This stay was absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse is incredibly detail-oriented, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch. The restaurant's courtyard offers a beautiful mountain view, and waking up to the sound of birds was incredibly therapeutic. Even breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and it's served right inside the guesthouse, which is very convenient. I felt so relaxed and comfortable here. It's very close to the scenic spots, and they offer free shuttle service. The overall decor is beautiful and unique, which I really loved. The value for money is just incredible!

Excellent! My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free. I have to specifically mention the Novotel Bell Tower Xi'an for this trip. The staff, not just the servers, made me feel like family, taking the time to understand and help me. I believe the person at the front desk was a manager, though I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten their name. They even gave me complimentary milk. That evening, a staff member called me and brought it back just as I was having trouble sleeping – perfect timing! I won't go into too much detail, but during the New Year period, I really appreciate the thoughtful and attentive service from both the hotel and its staff. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

I stayed at North Shore Yunjing with my parents, and they were very satisfied. The room was large and comfortable. My parents were very satisfied with the mattress. The toilet in the house was very advanced and had a cleaning function, which was great! I saw that some elders also provided us with buckwheat pillows and footbaths. It was really thoughtful! We loved it. The breakfast selection was very rich, especially various fruits, noodles, wontons, stir-fried vegetables, porridge, yogurt, and there were many choices. The waiters were also very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The whistle noodles and cold noodles for supper were so delicious! There were fruit plates given away every day, and we were also given rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Very thoughtful. The service in the Xinghui Teahouse below the hotel was also very good and sincere. They introduced us to the history of various teas and let us taste tea slowly (even though we took the hotel's free tea gift card, they also served sincerely) without the feeling of having to sell you something. I really like it 👍 The golf course in the hotel is very suitable for children to practice, not bad! The hotel is close to the Han River and the wetland park, and the environment is elegant! I recommend going to the wetland park, which is very green, large and free. In short, we are very satisfied!

The hotel boasts a magnificent Chinese-style design. We booked a family room, and the description mentioned a 2-meter bed plus a 1.3-meter tatami, leading us to believe the tatami would only accommodate one person. To our surprise, the tatami was actually 2x3 meters, easily sleeping three! A hotel staff member accompanied us to our room, meticulously explaining all the features and recommending dining and sightseeing spots. The room's location is superb, right at the foot of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. We could sit on the balcony sofa, sipping the complimentary afternoon tea provided by the hotel, and admire the pagoda. During the Chinese New Year, there were different activities daily, such as paper cutting, sugar painting, and lantern making – no two days were the same. The hotel staff were warm and professional. The breakfast buffet was extensive; the freshly made rice noodles and regular noodles were delicious – I had two bowls myself! They even proactively offered a bento box for our child who didn't want to get out of bed. When we checked out and opened our door to push our luggage, a staff member immediately arranged for a colleague to help us with our bags. This is truly a hotel with heart; we're so grateful to have found it. It's the perfect choice for a trip to Xi'an.

This hotel is perfectly situated right inside the scenic area, with a Joy City mall conveniently located next door, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. They provide afternoon tea for guests and also offer laundry service. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel rooms are surprisingly quiet and spacious, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The breakfast area is a bit small, and the variety of items is somewhat limited. However, the service from the gentleman working there was excellent; he was very enthusiastic and attentive to every guest's needs. The jujube milk was particularly delicious! Since the hotel is located within a pedestrian street, you do have to walk a short distance whenever you go out, as cars can't drive directly to the entrance. But don't worry, the staff are always there to help with your luggage. I'll definitely choose to stay at Zheyin again next time I visit Xi'an.

I stayed for 4 nights, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It's directly opposite Wenchang Gate and not far from Yongning Gate, about 700 meters away. The weather was very dry, and I drank a lot of water every day, which was promptly and sufficiently replenished. The breakfast had a rich variety and was well-balanced and delicious! The only downside was that it's a bit far from the subway station.

The stay here was great! I went to Xi'an with my boyfriend for just a couple of days, and the location was perfect for walking around the Muslim Quarter and experiencing the local life at all hours. Even early in the morning, the food street market was still open! The host girl was really nice and helpful, and their cats are so fluffy and cute. The place also offers free drinking water, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it!

A couple stayed here for a trip. The hotel is located on Luomashi Pedestrian Street, which is lively yet quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. It's near Exit F of Metro Lines 2 and 6. We initially booked two nights, then extended for another three, totaling five nights. We received a free upgrade to a family room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a window overlooking the residential area. The cleaning staff were very kind and responsible, and the front desk service was also great. The breakfast area was a bit small. There are two washing machines and two dryers, so sometimes we had to wait to do laundry in the evenings; perhaps adding one more would be helpful.

Facilities: The newly renovated hotel is very clean, maintaining the characteristic features of Yan'an cave dwellings. The rooms are basically fully automated with smart technology. The bathrooms are clean and hygienic, with no odors or sewage backflow issues. Hygiene: Excellent. The towels are new, clean, and soft. The bedding is also very skin-friendly, especially the pillows, which are the perfect height—perfect for those with cervical spondylosis. Environment: Superb. Built against the mountainside, surrounded by green hills, the air is fresh, making it a perfect summer retreat. The rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, but you almost only need to turn on the ceiling fan. Service: Five-star service, especially from Ms. Chen Xueyan at the front desk. Her service attitude was top-notch—gentle, patient, and proactively helping to plan travel routes, understanding customer needs, and enthusiastically resolving them. The beautiful and kind Ms. Chen left a deep and wonderful impression on our family's trip to Yan'an. Finally, I want to clarify that I am not a shill; I am just an ordinary tourist with a strong sense of patriotism. Choosing this hotel was unintentional, but it unexpectedly became my happiest and most enjoyable experience. A truly worthwhile trip.
