Hotels With Pools in Taiwan, China

We stayed in The Grand Hotel for 2 nights. We really enjoyed it. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. The bedroom is very clean. Although the location is quite away from MTR, there are free shuttle bus to travel in between. Especially there are quite a lot of shuttle buses between the hotel and Yuanshan MTR. I also enjoy two dinners and one breakfast in the hotel. They are fresh and delicious. If you like to live in a heritage building and not a time-poor traveler , The Grand Hotel is a very good option.

The hotel's services and the attitude of the service staff are very good. I look forward to staying here again next time. The only drawback is that guests cannot park their rented motorcycles next to the first floor of the hotel. They need to park in the motorcycle parking space opposite the hotel. The key point is that there is also the Nanhai Visitor Center opposite the hotel, so it is difficult to find a motorcycle parking space, which is not very friendly to guests.

Pros: Close to Taoyuan Airport, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that gets you to the airport in about 5 minutes. There's an indoor pool, steam sauna, and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast restaurant is spacious, and some rooms offer direct views of the airport, allowing you to watch planes take off and land. Cons: Absolutely no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. The shower area lacks a door, so water easily splashes out. The toilet isn't a bidet, and the room size is a bit small. You can hear some airplane noise from the room, and the breakfast taste is just average.

This hotel is located in Kenting's Little Bay, just across the road from Little Bay Beach, and the bus stop is also very close by. The hotel's breakfast spread is fantastic, and the seafood buffet for dinner offers great value for money. The best part is that the restaurant has a window overlooking the ocean (Picture 1), adding a wonderful ambiance to dinner. The hotel's garden is a lovely spot to relax (Picture 2). The swimming pool in the garden was under maintenance, so to compensate guests, the hotel organized some fun activities, like a night crab-hunting trip on the beach. We scared all the crabs away, and only a bunch of hermit crabs (Picture 3) stayed to play with us! ☺️

Amanda Hotel is a very special hotel. Although it is a small hotel, there is a lift that is very convenient for the guests with the elderly. We stayed at the Rose suite that continues 2 bedrooms. The hotel also provides the Aladdin costume for renting to the hotel guests during the stay. The indoor swimming pool &the games in the game room are all complimentary. This is a highly recommended hotel in Kenting.

As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the high-quality service. The entire lobby is very comfortable with a light fragrance. The check-in procedure was fast and we checked in early, so we could let our children go to the room and rest early. Every detail and facility in the room and hotel was perfect, and the whole family slept very well. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and airport transfers can be conveniently arranged through the hotel. The hotel boasts a beautiful setting, and the pool is equally stunning. I especially loved the woody scent of the toiletries. I'll definitely choose Meilun Hotel again on my next visit to Hualien.

A wonderful experience, surrounded by mountains and streams, breathing in the fresh forest air and enjoying the natural scenery. The hotel's facilities were great, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Due to its secluded location, all meals were enjoyed at the hotel. The ingredients were quite unique, and I especially loved the blanched seasonal vegetables at dinner 😋. A pleasant fragrance permeated the entire hotel; I wondered if it was used to deter insects!

This annual holiday south of Kenting temporarily decided to stay in Kenting Hotel dúa ❤️ is really a stay in love with 😍 less than a year of hotel ✨ What surprised me most was the enthusiasm and patience of the service staff ❤️ The night of the stay was actually nearly 20 at night. I arrived at ～ The reception staff in the lobby were full of warm and thoughtful service 🥰 Really feel at home 🤗 The room is very stylish but very warm 🥰 The only fly in the ointment is that there is no bathtub 😅 The meal is delicious, and the reception of the breakfast restaurant staff is also very warm; Seafood porridge really made me fall in love with 😍 this summer, I will definitely visit ❤️ for the second stay. I recommend it to everyone who has not lived yet 🫶🏻.
